In general, what I didn’t read about this hotel, and far from the sea, and they don’t clean the rooms until you leave a tip, and the food is tasteless, I was horrified, I wanted to cancel the reservation, but at the last moment I changed my mind, I flew with my son 4 years old . We flew to Sozopol, we were met by a transfer from the hotel, and when we drove up to the hotel, I fell in love with its location. . - it's great, among the mountains and forests, silence, horses graze on the field in front of the hotel : ))), in general, they settled us within 10 minutes, very friendly staff, we didn’t have to wait for anything, especially since we were tired from the road and the child, gave us a beautiful large two-room Studio, although I booked just a Studio!! ! 3 balconies, two of them overlooking the sea, one large overlooking the forest and mountains. . . No words just! ! Food - all inclusive, good food and quite tasty !! , cleaned every day and very clean, they didn’t want to take a tip until I insisted on it, 5 minutes walk to the sea, the sea is beautiful, the beach is clean sand : ), taxi to Sozopol 10 min! The child was delighted with everything, and she herself was pleasantly surprised, despite the fact that the hotel is 3 stars, it is boldly fashionable for him to put all 4 stars !! ! It was honestly our best holiday ever! ! So relax in Serena Residence!! ! It's good value for money, my child still remembers our holiday! Thanks to the staff of the entire hotel for a wonderful stay! By the way, in the evenings, children are entertained by a good animator guy), dancing is just super : ))! ! We will be back for sure!! !

In response to the claims of the parents, the chef answered us something along the lines of. you got it, impudent Russians. Approaches of children for the second portion of food are stopped - the waiters tell the children that you have already eaten! Staff are rude, rude. The reception does not speak Russian, requests are practically ignored. The cleaning in the rooms is bad, they started cleaning my room normally only a few days later, after I demanded a rag and a bucket to put the room in order myself, because it was no longer possible to live in a dirty room.
