From June 12-21.2022 we rested in this hotel. Its most important advantage is its walking distance to the sea. Wide beach. Comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas. Two pools. Bar on the beach with non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, which is rare for Bulgaria. Round-the-clock lobby bar - was not at all in any hotel.

From June 12-21.2022 we rested in this hotel. Its most important advantage is its walking distance to the sea. Wide beach. Comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas. Two pools. Bar on the beach with non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, which is rare for Bulgaria. Round-the-clock lobby bar - was not at all in any hotel. The rooms are cozy, with a hair dryer and a safe. Towels were changed every day and the room was cleaned. The food is good, but I would like more fruit and fish dishes. There were no mussels or shrimp for 10 days. Fruits only apples, oranges, grapefruits. Near the pool there is a tent with ice cream. The hotel is large, consists of four buildings and, accordingly, a lot of people. The most comfortable buildings with sea views are B and C. The most surprising thing was the lack of a snack bar. For such a large hotel, this is a huge minus. Since the food is there in shifts at a certain time and I didn’t always want to get up at 7.30 for breakfast, then there’s nowhere and nothing to eat later.
The lobby bar in our building worked only from 10.00 to 16.30 and in the evening we had to go to building A and stand in huge queues to get something to drink. Another downside is that they don't provide beach towels. Carrying this extra luggage with you, and for such a hotel they could give out towels. In general, the hotel is good, more pluses. But a wish for the hotel administration: open a snack bar and a second lobby bar; add fish delicacies and other fruits to the menu and give out towels. If it is: 5+ hotel can be given one hundred percent.

Satisfied with the room, quite large, overlooking the sea. Our room was in sector B, even rooms, as I understood, with a view of the forest, not even - with a sea view. We left at 11.00 (things were left near the storage room), although the departure was at 18.00, lunch was not included that day, BUT we were kindly allowed to have lunch and bracelets were not removed, ie we used the bar until departure, for which too thank you very much.
In terms of food, hotel guests were divided into 3 shifts to avoid the crowd (you could choose the most acceptable time for breakfast, lunch and dinner). The food is delicious and varied. I repeat, the staff is very friendly. The bartenders at the bar are also very nice, they remember their preferences, I especially want to mention George.
There are 2 swimming pools, without heating. We were a little unlucky with the weather (it was cool), so if there was heating, everyone would be happy.
Wi-Fi is quite normal, from the beach you could talk freely.
The animators also did not sit, entertained children and adults.
So, in general, I am satisfied.

The furniture is not broken, everything is in order, the air conditioner is central, there is a control sensor on the wall in each room. The Internet in the room we had was excellent, but those who were from building B complained that they had a bad one.

I never write reviews but I just have to write about this hotel. We rested recently 1.06. 2019 The hotel is large and beautiful located right on the beach. Our room was nice with a view of the pool and the sea. The cleanliness of the rooms is nothing to complain about. The food is very tasty, which plays an important role.

Drinks are a real burda. Wine is just awful. From juices only apple normal.
The hotel is located on the outskirts next to the sewage treatment plants where there is always a sewer smell.
A very big minus is disorganization. Accommodation is a big problem.
Arrived at 7 am settled at 14.00 consider that one day is lost
When leaving the same at 12.00 vacate the room and wait in the lobby until the transport arrives and picks up another day lost.
In the restaurant, the eternal queues for food is unbearable, it was just murder.
Behind the sun loungers is the same 2 hotels on the same territory.
When I left, it killed me. At 12.00 they vacated the room, took off our bracelets, we went to dinner. They took food from under our noses and said that we have no right to eat because we do not have bracelets. In front of our eyes, our food was thrown away, but they didn't let us eat. I was in shock. Haven't seen this yet.
And we paid for 7 nights and 8 full days.
We really liked Golden Sands as a resort, but we definitely won’t rest in this hotel.

According to this number, I can say the following: there was little space (enough for one), but it was quiet, we did not hear the neighbors. Immediately upon arrival, I asked to change the room to a larger one, because I originally booked a room with two single beds. At the reception they told me to contact me the next morning. The next morning, the new receptionist again said that there were no rooms available and suggested that I speak with the general manager. After talking with the general manager, I was promised that the number would be replaced only the next day. The next day, in the morning, we were able to change the room and they gave us a spacious room with two beds and a sea view. At first I was afraid that it would be noisy, but to my joy all entertainment events ended ~ at 22.00-22.30. And then there was silence. Perhaps it is also related to the end of the season. The food was quite varied. Nobody left hungry. But I saw porridge for a child only 1 time in a week. porridge was rice. Fruits and sweets were varied. Animation in the hotel is, but designed for children over 4 years old. The hotel has its own beach right across the road - promenade and sun loungers, umbrellas on the beach are free. Free WiFi throughout the hotel, in the rooms and on the beach. Baby cot is also free. about the cleaning, I can add that they were cleaned badly, I had to say 2 times to change the towels. I recommend this hotel for families with children or couples and pensioners who are not looking for noisy entertainment, but want a quiet relaxing holiday.

Our bus arrived at 06:00 in the morning, and the check-in was after 10:00, but after filling out the paperwork and preparing the room by the staff, we were kindly offered to check in earlier than the appointed time. The room is spacious with everything you need (fridge with mini bar, TV, hair dryer, etc.

Two bars - one on the first floor of the hotel, and the second near the beach, take as much as you want, I even took cocktails to the room. Impressions after this hotel are very good, considering that this is not our first trip abroad and I have already seen a lot. I advise everyone.

Rested with my husband and daughter 16 years old in Berlin Golden Beach. Rested just super!! ! The sea is gorgeous - warm, clean. The room is excellent (we took the apartment). Service is good. The food is good. We were in Bulgaria for 12 days. Dinner throughout the holiday was never repeated. You can always find something to eat for every taste.
