We rested at the Detelina Hotel in August 2008. We didn't like the hotel. On the declared 3 stars, he clearly does not pull. First, we were immediately shocked by the bathroom. Imagine: a small room with a toilet and a washbasin on the right, and if you want to take a shower, then close the toilet and washbasin with a curtain, just stand on the floor and pour from the shower. We have rested before in 3-star hotels, but there was either a shower or a bath, and not such a disgrace. Secondly, disgusting food. People who rested with children could not feed the children with anything. Sausage is the cheapest, vegetables are tasteless, crockery is broken (what self-respecting hotel will put out cups with broken handles for breakfast? ), an omelet of a strange gray color with a shell. Tea is the cheapest... In general, you could only eat watermelon with bread. And not only the breakfast is not tasty, but the restaurant cooks disgustingly. It is cheaper and tastier to eat in cafes nearby ("Triad" or "Flirt"). Thirdly, in our room (No. 111) the refrigerator did not work, and in other rooms there was no telephone, the balcony doors were faulty. But the most unpleasant thing was that upon check-out we were presented with a bill for the mini-bar, which we did not use. We tried to prove something, the group leader stood up for us, but in the end we had to pay approx. 2 euros for the water we didn't drink. Of course, there were also POSITIVE moments: the room has a TV (5 Russian channels), air conditioning, we were lucky with the room - the windows overlooked not the parking lot, but the pool, the girls-administrators understand Russian, there is the Internet (with our money about 12 hryvnia/hour). In general, we won’t go to this hotel anymore, and we don’t want to go to Bulgaria itself yet.
