The common corridor is dirty, especially near the elevator. Animatorsha NO. The food was good, there was a variety of dishes. It is not so far to go to the sea, but then you will need to climb back up. The beach is also not so hot. Sun loungers, umbrellas - everything is paid (6 leos). There is a lot of garbage near the entrance to the beach. The sea is BEAUTIFUL. The Russian language is understood by the attendants.

Food can be better, sometimes worse, but neither we nor the children were hungry. We concluded for ourselves that it was necessary to take "all inclusive". Special delight - the beach! There are not many people (real Europeans do not go further than the pool), the water is wonderful, clean and blue. Especially good on the beach from 6 to 9. Go, by the way, 15 minutes down and 20-15 back. In general, we had a wonderful rest!

So it didn't close all week. I think if the question had been posed tougher, the problem would have been solved, but I used a safe, so I didn’t consider it a big problem.
As for the area: 20 minutes to Varna by bus, 40 minutes to Golden Sands on foot. There are a few pretty good eateries nearby.

The lobby was also flooded with water, as the glass roof was leaking. the hotel has two lifts. one of them did not work intermittently. we got the keys to the top floor room with sea view. the landscape was spoiled by construction in the foreground. I would also like to note that the water in the tap was cold for 20-30 minutes, which added negativity to our already bad mood. By the way, the bathroom is combined (washbasin + toilet bowl + mixer built into the wall). Tea is the cheapest... In general, you could only eat watermelon with bread. And not only the breakfast is not tasty, but the restaurant cooks disgustingly. It is cheaper and tastier to eat in cafes nearby ("Triad" or "Flirt"). Thirdly, in our room (No. 111) the refrigerator did not work, and in other rooms there was no telephone, the balcony doors were faulty. But the most unpleasant thing was that upon check-out we were presented with a bill for the mini-bar, which we did not use. We tried to prove something, the group leader stood up for us, but in the end we had to pay approx. 2 euros for the water we didn't drink. Of course, there were also POSITIVE moments: the room has a TV (5 Russian channels), air conditioning, we were lucky with the room - the windows overlooked not the parking lot, but the pool, the girls-administrators understand Russian, there is the Internet (with our money about 12 hryvnia/hour). In general, we won’t go to this hotel anymore, and we don’t want to go to Bulgaria itself yet.
