I have been to Bulgaria 11 times already. In Gladiola Star 6. Every year it gets worse and worse. The service is terrible, they clean the room disgustingly, they only make the bed, they don’t wash the glasses, not to mention the floors. Petania has worsened the assortment is almost non-existent. Long story short, I won't go to this hotel again.

Cons: rather monotonous food, rooms with sea views overlook the noisy embankment, the pool is not cleaned. Plus: location, proximity to the sea, wide sandy beach, relatively inexpensive prices for food and goods.

I had a rest in September 2008 and I decided to write a review only now because I am again puzzled by the trip, and I am considering the opportunity to go to this resort and this hotel again : )
LIMITATIONS:
1. Pool lovers will probably be disappointed
its size, it is approximately 5x3 meters.
There are both adults and children.
Although the size of the pool can hardly be called a disadvantage for a nightingale, our people go to the resort to swim in the sea, fall on the beach, etc. , and not like the British, they don’t climb out of the pool : ), such an impression is formed as if they are in England doesn't have pools : )
PROS:
1. Cleaning, well, if I say that they cleaned every day, I can lie, because I only came to the hotel to spend the night, eat and change, one thing I know for sure is that every day after I returned from the beach, the bed was made, towels were hung out, the garbage was taken out, and in general the room was clean and cool : ), since the conder could be adjusted to suit your interests : )
2. The reaction of the staff to some shortcomings, instant,
in general, after dinner I decided to watch the telly, clicked and clicked until it clicked, the telly didn’t show anymore : (, but I think everyone, they sailed, right now they’ll write off the telly for me, gathered with courage, didn’t go to the receptionist, told the administrator that “the heart needs music and the telly refuses to work" and that's it, while I went up to the 3rd floor, went into the room and took off my slippers, the admin was already knocking on the door with the telly, changed it without any complaints : )
3. kitchen, it’s hard to write something on my own about this, because I’m not picky about food (what I dislike most is barley and all sorts of cereals) fortunately for me, I didn’t see them there : )), but if To believe the friends I met there, they were satisfied with the food.
4. the beach is across the road, nightclubs are practically next to the hotel, you don’t have to wander far and look for your hotel : )
5. the staff is very friendly, if you turn to someone you immediately see a smile on your face, which is good news : )

In general, there are a lot of hotels in this resort, and they are all good in their own way (there is a 4 * 5 * level), if you go to this hotel, I think you will be satisfied

Very good location, in one swimsuit they ran 3.4 times a day to swim in the sea. Almost in the center of the resort and at the same time behind the hotel there is a staircase to the second line: On foot to the water park, chic dinners with performances ("Krivata lipa", "Limbo") and night walks. Sea view, a stipulated fact: the 6th floor landscape is forgettable, as in the photo and better! The view of the park is not always good, in "Arabella" the Germans have fun with microphones from 21 to 5 in the morning, with loud night swims in the pool (our friends did not sleep at night although they lived on the 5th floor), but we were disturbed by musical accompaniment from the coast and night fireworks.

I went with a child to this hotel as three stars....it turns out there are rooms there and three stars and four, depending on whether the shower is in the room or the bathroom...... but they put us in a four-star room. THREE! beds (two combined), pull-out sofa, pull-out armchair, seventh floor, sea view (although I didn’t ask).....in spite of this, the room was licked every day....many Russians were indignant, mostly grandmothers with grandchildren, they say you have to pay for sun loungers near the pool, you can’t take food out of the dining room..... well, ask about the conditions of stay at the agency or friends, on the Internet it was impossible? The Germans are the loudest football fans, but they did not bother me....Not enough for children! Go to the water park and the excursion "Pirate Party" is very funny for both children and adults! I bought super wine for 50 rubles per bottle!

The most interesting thing is that in the same building there are 2 hotels Gadiola Star 4 * and Acacia 3 *, but there is such a huge difference between them. acacia and 2 * barely pulls, creepy black walls, and a broken shower. In Gladiol, on the contrary, everything is tasteful, pleasant atmosphere. DO NOT spare 50 euros, choose Gladiola, you won't regret it.
