Just returned, rested a child for a year and nine 4 weeks from 24.06 to 22.07. In general, the hotel is very pleasant. However, there are some, shall we say, shortcomings. First, accommodation. We had a sea view booked. Upon arrival, they offered a room on the 2nd floor overlooking not so much the sea as towards the sea, that is, the trees by the pool. I had to stimulate the manager financially. As a result, we got a great room on the 5th floor with a great view and a large balcony. In general, the rooms are large and tidy. There are different balconies: those with a mesh are very large, and there are also closed ones, they are very small. Sea view is really only starting from the third (in our fourth) floor. The food is generally good. A decent selection of dishes, always several types of meat and fish, plus chicken, turkey, duck, seafood vary in turn. But I can’t give more than a four for two reasons. First, there is no children's menu at all. And to find something for a small child that is not salty, not peppered, without spices and not fried is almost impossible. . In addition, the cook loves surprises: a seemingly harmless boiled potato can be terribly peppery. Be careful, be sure to try. And the second reason - twice we noticed that the proposed tomato juice had already begun to ferment. As for drinks in general, it is simply impossible to drink them. The wine frankly gives off diluted alcohol, the beer is terribly bodied. I generally keep quiet about cocktails, as well as about juices that resemble an invite. However, the Germans drink the same beer in liters. . . somehow it is not clear to me. However, it is not clear that the administration saves on alcohol so much, given that in Bulgaria alcohol is very cheap and at the same time both beer and wine are of excellent quality. In general, we did not drink drinks at the hotel at all, except for water, we bought everything in stores. Now about the service. Everything is good, everyone is very attentive and friendly.... If you don’t have private situations, like we do : ) When we called a doctor on insurance, the reception refused to let doctors in with an ambulance, citing the fact that the hotel has its own doctor and we should contact him. Well, complete nonsense! ! Had to make a little scandal. Doctors missed. They remembered us : ) The manager greeted us every day : ) Well, it's good when there is someone to make a scandal, and if, God forbid, you feel so bad that you just can't get up? What to do then, I have no idea. And more about the service, my husband had a birthday (by the way, in this case, you are entitled to a small cake and a bottle of champagne from the hotel) and I wanted to order dinner in the room, well, not for free of course. So, I did not succeed, due to the fact that the hotel does not have room service. I don't know how this can happen in a four-star hotel! And my husband killed a cockroach in the bathroom. Horror!! ! And I have never seen such a healthy person in my life. Really an elephant! Another big disadvantage of the hotel (in my opinion) is that there are several night discos opposite. One place in particular stands out, where live rock is performed. This action takes place daily until 2.00 am. At this time, it is better to sleep with a closed balcony. Although in the end we were already so used to it that we did not pay attention. Now about the good : ) Of course, the plus is the absolutely closed territory, the passage is only by maps. By Bulgarian standards, the territory is rather big, very cozy. Active animation for both adults and children. Three a la carte restaurants by reservation. In addition to them, there are also special dinners, also by reservation. We were at the fish. Nothing special, but you can go for a change. SPA is inexpensive, I don’t know about the quality, I didn’t use it. There are also interesting offers from the hotel, information can be obtained from gests relations. For example, a transfer to Varna (or Balchik) and back to any place costs 15 lev per person (min. 4 people should be) For comparison, a taxi to Varna costs 40 lev, and to shopping centers 50 lev. There is also a Gold Package which includes 2 sun loungers and an umbrella on the beach in front of the Grifid Vistamar hotel and snacks and drinks on the terrace of the same hotel. This pleasure costs 55 euros per week and you are given a gold bracelet. After a week 7 euros per day. This is two times cheaper than the municipal beach. Only it's far from Arabella. I think this is more suitable for guests of Vistamar and Bolero. Once again, despite not all the misunderstandings, the hotel makes a good impression.
