I read the above review.... as if about another hotel.... I was with my child and my grandmother. The child is very picky and selective in food, in general, we always have a problem with nutrition. But in Arabella, we didn’t know any worries for 4 weeks of rest with food, because in addition to the usual buffet restaurant, there is Italian, Asian and national Bulgarian cuisine - this is all inclusive (by appointment). I would especially like to note Italian at a very high level. Grandma, we called an ambulance for insurance. I was kindly called from the reception and asked to meet the doctor at the counter. The doctor conducted a professional examination, spoke Russian, wrote out prescriptions, gave recommendations, after 5 minutes. I went to the pharmacy nearby - no problem. The territory is very cozy, closed, the animation is good. There is a sports field and a fitness room. The rooms are very clean and they make funny figurines out of towels - it was very nice for the child. Large balcony with dryer, table and chairs. Better rooms without a sea view, or with a view, but on the top floors. We ended up on a hotel holiday - all hotel services were presented (restaurant, massage, spa... and so on), where you can and even need to participate (especially children), for example, they teach you how to massage or peel and decorate fruits, make towel figurines of animals. Children were given points for this - what a thrill it was. I have been vacationing in Bulgaria for several years and I want to note that Grifid hotels are the best on the coast.
