Were in this hotel from August 25 - September 3.2022 with the whole family. Problems started from the first day. Had to buy a sea view to get a free umbrella and 2 sunbeds. We arrived at the hotel at 5 am. Neither breakfast nor lunch was allowed. How many we did not ask at least something to feed only our kids (3 and 5 years old). They poked us with our noses at the rules and at the clock ...Check-in at 14-00 and not a second earlier. Very rude and unfriendly staff! (and this is only 1 day of settlement)
1. Room == was very old/shabby. For the child, there was not a bed --- but a folding sofa bed simply. The metal mesh and 2 tubes of the legs = creaked, bent almost to the floor, and with the slightest movements, the legs parted to the sides and the child fell to the floor. 1 socket sparked, in the second there was no current. The ice light in the bathroom was flickering. The TV showed with strong interference. The balcony was 80 centimeters wide. Just 1 chair wide butt fit (as it turned out, 6-7 floors are all like that).
Let me remind you, a room with a sea view ...When asked to change the room, we were gently sent, offering a view of the park / parking lot, losing the free beach. As a result, in 1 day a full bunch of repairmen in the room. With a clamshell, they simply attached a wooden block a meter long, twisting it with bundles so that it would not loosen up ...(I will attach a photo)

It was 1 night very heavy, 2 hours of rain with strong wind...which usually does not bode well. . but not for this hotel!! ! It was a nightmare for everyone!!! ! The worst nightmare is at the 2 upper floors and side rooms (ours was just like that on the 6th floor). Water was pouring into the room from everywhere - the windows let through so much that we squelched on the floor. The holes were plugged with towels. Dripping from the ceilings - everyone! At night there were about 50 people asking the reception to help with the floods. Someone dripped into the bed, someone on the walls and everyone had a floor in the water !! ! Some asked each other for bottles, to scoop water from the floor! The 7th floor even flooded the corridors!
And everything flowed smoothly down into each room from the ceilings. Once again, the receptionist shrugged - they say it's the weather - there is no staff. And they were very rude to everyone. Nothing and no one helped! Horror is simple!! ! (photo attached)
2. Children's corner == having gone down to the courtyard of the hotel, we went to look for a playground and a swimming pool for children with gokra. (one of the criteria for our choice of hotel) Found-- the children's pool with a slide was closed. And along the way for a long time - covered with greenery from the bottom to the sides. Let's go to the playground - the slide is cracked right in the middle - but glued together ...every time the children moved down, they complained about this seam. More than 1/2 times did not ride. The swing right lock was almost pulled out and it was impossible and dangerous to swing. To which the reception shrugged, offering to go on paid trampolines . . (I will attach a photo)
3. Restaurant == Endless lines! I don’t know what is happening with the management of the hotel, but everything ended there and broke down!
There were like 3 coffee machines (2 outside and 1 inside) Of which only 1 was constantly working!! ! Because of this, everyone tried to take 2/4 cups so as not to stand again for half an hour. 30min queue for coffee every morning! The whole hotel for 1 car. The cups ran out quickly - they were not changed. During the holidays we drank coffee from plastic cups. On the bar: the wine is about 3 days over. Plastic glasses for beer are also worth their weight in gold. Some interruptions in the supply, as we were explained. For the last 3 days, even in the lobby, only 2 types of cocktails from the list were available. Everything is over!


Food == very small assortment: 1/2 type of soup (so I was waiting for Bulgarian soups ...but here they were simply prepared not by a cook, but by a cleaning lady), 4 meat trays (1 fish / 1 chicken / 1 pork and 1 fried sausages / sausages), 4 for garnish: either french fries or rice mixed with pasta ..
(one and the same for 10 days), 4 for salads (tomatoes + cucumbers / shredded carrots / lettuce and mayonnaise hell with everything) and slicing the same tomatoes and cucumbers separately.
As a result: something was delicious, but something was straight inedible / oversalted STRONGLY very / or insipid and like slop (soups were all like that) and very LITTLE staff. Because of this, the queues are endless for everything. Just waiting for the dishes, then the food, then the cleaning of the tables.
