We are tourists from Estonia, we bought tickets from Tez tour. With this travel company dealt with for the first time and immediately came out "cant". At the airport in Bulgaria we were informed that there were no rooms for us at the Kaliakra Palace Hotel, and for the first two days we would be staying at the Lilia Hotel. Most likely, it was the "jamb" of the hotel, not the company. Since tourists from other companies were also not settled on time. Hotel Lilia is a complete "...". So,
when we moved to Kaliakra, it was really a palace, the hotel representatives promised us two superior rooms with a sea view for the inconvenience caused. They really provided us with one room, though it was on the ground floor and the sea was not visible, And our friends were given a room on the fourth floor, where it stank disgustingly, They, of course, were then moved, but the first three days of rest were ruined.
What can be said about the hotel, it is really located right on the beach. I liked the evening of Bulgarian cuisine.

And in principle, the food is varied, a lot of meat and vegetables. There is no animation, if there is, then everything is designed for the Germans. For two days we asked to put on a Russian song,,, , they didn’t put it on, even for money. I liked the promenade-shops, bars, everyone is very friendly, I advise the youth to the disco ARROGANCE-five halls with different music. And yet, in mid-September it is already cold in Bulgaria,,, , the air is +23, the water is +19, in general, it’s like in Estonia in the summer !! ! Special thanks to the maid who cleaned our room every day and the girl at the beach bar (I think her name was Asia) who makes cocktails great!!!! !
