But there you can lie on your mats for free. Next comes the stretched wire and the actual civilized beach begins. But one sunbed, one umbrella for 8 lev. one mattress 3 lev. In short, a set of 2 sun loungers, 2 mattresses and one umbrella costs 30 lev. in a day. Multiply by 21 we get 630 rubles. You can agree and rent at once for 6 days and then such a set will cost 24 lev. Such a beach goes about 4 lines, then again a stretched wire and again a reservation for those who want to lie under the scorching sun for free. But, if you go from the beach to the hotel, then on the way you will meet a pool, a large beautiful one and there a set of an umbrella, a sunbed and a mattress will cost 10 levs, and for two 17 levs. also a way out, given that it is next to the sea. But we rented sunbeds, mattresses and an umbrella by the sea for 24 lev. for 6 days and the seventh was given to us as a gift for free. So we swam in the sea (it is beautiful), lay on the beach (it is clean) and by 14.00 we came to take our rooms. We immediately bought with a sea view, so we did not have any disputes at the reception. Our room was on the 3rd floor right in front of the pool. Everything was very clean, spacious with air conditioning that could be adjusted according to the temperature. Bath, toilet, hairdryer, TV with 4 Russian channels were also included. The pool was probably noisy during the day, but we were at least. And in the evening it closed after 18.00, so we, thank God, did not see any horrors with drunken screaming Germans. The room was cleaned every day, towels changed every day. But underwear, only once. Now about the refrigerator. It is filled with various snacks and water. Prices for everything in the minibar are on the table. But we refused the minibar, we were immediately offered to use a refrigerator and took 5 levs for renting a refrigerator. per day. I write all this in detail so that you can estimate the money. And then at first, our money ran out of the wallet like cockroaches. And then there's the issue of costs. On the first day, you can change at least at the hotel. at the rate of 1 euro - 1.8 lev. But it's not profitable.
If you get out of the hotel and go along the promenade to the right to the hotel "Admiral", min. 20 with a quick step, then there are 2 banks at once offering a rate of 1.91. In Varna it was possible to change at the rate of 1.95. In no case do not change in exchange offices, which are full around the hotel. They write that they have a rate of 1.95 - this is a lie. In fact, they will exchange at the rate of 1.5 and will not return the money. Now food. We had half board +, which means: breakfasts with unlimited drinks, no lunch, and for dinner one drink to choose from (juice, coffee, tea, soda, beer, water), if it turns out to be not enough, and this is about 250 ml. , then you order extra for a fee. They fed very well. A lot of meat, a lot of fruits (apricots, nictarines, oranges, plums, grapefruits, apples, bananas) for breakfast for children there were always cereals (oatmeal and semolina), they baked pancakes, there were always soups for dinner. Real, not rubbed in a blender slurry. I won't go into detail about the food in the restaurant. Everyone could find for himself everything that he likes. But in the cafes the food is delicious, the portions are large, but it's a deal. If you take a shop-style salad, hot with meat and beer, then for two it will cost about 40 lev. min. And if you order something else, then all 60. But here everyone decides for himself, we wanted to try the national cuisine and we do not regret it. There are many excursions, but we took 2.
1) Balchik-Kaliakra-Bivak Picnic 89 lev per person from 12.30 to 23.30. I recommend, very cool, but it was very hot.

2) Fairy Nessebar 70 lev. per person. Also great. Once we went to Varna. I did not like it, it gives the impression of an old neglected city. But there you can buy not expensive fruits. The way there by taxi one way 5 lev. by bus 3 lev. That's probably all; the weather was hot, the sea was warm and clean, the attitude was good. And everything else is trifles. In the evening, when we walked along the promenade towards the center, there were a lot of people, shops, shops, music, attractions, cafes and casinos), if we got tired, we got on a train that runs from one end of Golden Sands to the other. We left after the checkout time, we left our things in the luggage room, where we put ourselves in order before leaving (there was a shower, toilet, hair dryer).
