Star disease of the Bulgarian hotel!
I rarely go to hotels, especially "beach" ones, and could not even imagine that there is such a mess.
You can't call it otherwise. In a 5 ***** hotel on Golden Sands, which was deprived of the Kempinski name and now it is called somehow differently MELIA GRAND HERMITAGE, but the essence has not changed. Us in just 5 days - from Monday July 21 this, 2008 from 18.00 to Saturday of the same July and the same year
Managed to get the following:
When checking into one room, the mini bar was empty, and when a hotel guest called the reception, they answered in the most impudent way - tomorrow !! ! this means paying 330 levs for a room (and the minimum salary in Bulgaria is 220 levs) at the hotel, their client must drink water from the tap and if they don’t succeed until the morning, wait until they bring it. Or run to the bar for some water 
Fun anywhere.

At the same time, again, at the reception, they justified the mini-bar with a stupid smile - they have 600 rooms -
So what? ? Hire people, pay them a salary, and by their appearance it turns out that the client is to blame for being thirsty.
And all this is done as if we owe them something for the money that we pay them.
We came to them on Tuesday - we had a fight - they cleaned the rooms somehow for 2 days, I don’t know if they changed the linen every day - I doubt it - but at least they pretended they didn’t come to swear on Wednesday - they returned on Thursday - start over.
At the same time, at the reception, they do not immediately understand Russian, not a word, and even more so in English.
In the “business center” this is a very loud name for what they actually have there, out of 5 somehow stuck together computers, the USB port works on one, the printer does not work and the doorman, at the request of the client, can “run away” somewhere” to print for you text from a flash drive - so funny that it's not even fun, you have to think of suggesting this?
A person needs to read the work report and he must put the information into the hands of someone.
In the hotel bar 5 ***** there are no napkins on the table and the waiter will not bring them to you with coffee or juice - they are on the bartender's table, the client is not a gentleman, he will take it himself. So ?
This simplicity touches me beyond belief.
I think Bulgarian tourism is based only on sheer enthusiasm and deceit.
There are no qualified personnel in the Starna and they cannot beat them - they are not paid.
Our average tourist goes to the sea and he has no time to pay attention to these stupid things, but they are not trifles at all.
And as an indicator - there are no places in other hotels, I thought it was an accident, but it turned out
Pattern.
With respect and regret to our dear tourists in Bulgaria
