Hello, just returned from Morsko Oko yesterday!
I'm 20, went with a young man. I want to say right away that the main thing is a good mood and positive, otherwise, any hotel will seem terrible to you and with a bunch of shortcomings.
ROOM. when paying for the tour, we ordered a sea view - and received it. great sea view. the room is large, comfortable, huge bed, furniture in good condition. the bathroom is good, quite comfortable. daily cleaning, change of towels (of which, by the way, 3 per person) - no complaints. a large balcony - with a dryer, a table and soft chairs.
FOOD. it is hard to say. someone like it, someone was outraged, but someone quite well, like me. breakfasts are monotonous, as in all hotels - sausages, 3 kinds of eggs, vegetables, pancakes, pastries. lunch - 2 types of soup, daily fish, pork, chicken or some variations. there are always potatoes and 3 more types of side dishes. a large selection of vegetables, 2-3 types of fruit with each meal.
unlimited drinks (non-alcoholic, coffee-tea, beer, wine)
HOTEL. free Wi-Fi at the reception, the buildings are new, it's nice to be. poolside sunbeds, umbrellas - all for free. There is also a bar serving beer and soft drinks. as if all inc is, but it is very tricky - near the beach there is nothing but beer, cocktails and strong alcohol only in the lobby. they also serve hamburgers and pizza by the pool during the day.
on the beach - everything is paid, as well as almost everywhere in Golden Sands - the state beach. ! ! ! the only thing I would like to note is that the travel agents did not tell us (apparently they did not know themselves) - there is no towel rental at the hotel. all people come with their own or you can take them on bail (for 2 pieces they left $ 40 for the whole week) at the reception.
the hotel is quite decent, in a quiet location, good for families. many Russians, Germans and Englishmen.
but, if you are students or young people who go to parties and for fun (like us: ), then you won’t find a better place than Golden Sands! a huge number of bars with all sorts of promotions from 23:00-01:00 in the style of 3 cocktails for the price of 1, etc. the only drawback is that everything is quite far from Morsko Oko, since the hotel is almost on the edge of the resort. We had to walk a lot, but we even liked it. in the center you can easily find many bars and two excellent discos - malibu and arrogance, where we went.
and most importantly - do not believe bad reviews, because everyone has good and bad in their own way : )
