Hotel ratings by criteria:
First of all, a hotel for those who are not looking for a European-style renovation, spacious rooms (it's funny to read the descriptions of the rooms indicating the approximate area in meters), minibar TVs and other things that we cannot do without in everyday life. Its main advantage is its location relative to the sea: 2 minutes walk. It adjoins the Pomorie hotel perpendicularly, as a result of which all the noise of the Lazur disco (it is almost opposite, on the shore) is absolutely inaudible. In general, this is a relatively calm and quiet place, a little away from noisy streets. But it is quite possible to walk to the center with a child. We liked the restaurant at the hotel, cozy, small, some kind of family or something. The staff is friendly with everyone, but there is a small nuance regarding the accessories in the room. When we checked in, for some reason we had three large towels and ONE small one for legs, instead of three. Then they changed them for us in just such a quantity, but the head maid on the floor where we lived always had the same question for us: why one, and not three, and where are the rest? I was tired of explaining to them that during the check-in they put us in such a way that we did not take them. In short, on the day of check-out from the hotel, we went down to the reception to give the keys, so the administrator demanded from us a statement that this was exactly the way it was, that we did not take towels and we were given only one, not three. Of course, I wrote this statement to them, but for myself I concluded that if something in the room is not right when you check in, you should immediately contact the reception so that there are no unnecessary questions later.
