Dear tourists, never stay in this hotel. Agree with previous comments. The hotel does not deserve the money that is asked for it. The linen is really gray and with holes, they are changed once a week. Constant dampness in the rooms. The quality of cleaning depended solely on the diligence and conscience of the staff. Most often, cleaning was reduced to just throwing garbage. The staff is basically tactless, one might even say rude. (A sleeping child, as it turned out, is not at all a hindrance to checking the refrigerator). The territory is beggarly, food is generally a separate issue. The same thing for 14 days, and with the beginning of the high season, from June 26, the choice of dishes decreased in proportion to the increase in prices for them. Another interesting point is to take out drinks after dinner to sit on the terrace right there near the "canteen" - a fine of 20 leva. Compliance with the rules is monitored by staff, for whom the removal of a glass of juice from the concentrate for the child became simply the meaning of life. Dirt is everywhere - dishes, tables, food itself (hair tightness is the little things in life compared to everything else). Regarding the staff - in a critical situation, when there was no connection with the guide, they refused to dial a Bulgarian number from a landline phone. When asked what to do, your problems. "Very friendly Bulgarian people"!!!! ! The beach is another story too. In the morning we watched the picture almost every day: after cleaning from gobies and various small debris, all this was immediately thrown into the sea. There is no free zone near the sea as such. The prices for sunbeds and umbrellas are 8 leva each and they are empty, but every morning these sunbeds were moved closer to the sea line in order to survive the vacationers and make them pay. those who did not agree to move their towels received a portion of obscenities in pure Russian (so that everyone could understand). The path from the hotel to the beach, especially after the night, is strewn with used condoms every morning. In general, you can talk for a very long time. Spent nerves, money is not worth such a rest. People, think very carefully before you visit this resort and this hotel in particular!!!! !
