After this tour was purchased, we went to the site of reviews about the hotel and were shocked. There were very few positive reviews! And now I'll tell you how it really was. I don’t know about anyone, but we really liked the hotel. As they say, "everything is known in comparison. " Before that, we spent two years resting in Balchik, at the Naslada Hotel. It was not bad. But here it's a level better. Although there and here - three stars. We arrived at 5.00. We were met and brought to the hotel. until 14.00 placed in the hall. As they say in the reviews, that the staff is not friendly and does not know the Russian language - all this is a lie. The staff - from the administrator to the cleaners are normal people, they will always tell you what to do where and how . . In general, there are no complaints. Feeding, as for a hotel with such a status, is just fine. The room was cleaned every day, the towels were changed every other day, the bed every three days. time were at sea), air conditioning. Everything worked and was fine. Bathroom: shower, washbasin, toilet, warm water around the clock. In general, everything was fine. I don’t type very fast on the keyboard, so the review is not as detailed as I would like. But to sit, type this review with one finger, I was prompted by negative reviews about the hotel. I got the impression that the negative reviews were custom-made. Everything that is written there is not true. There were no queues at the restaurant and the food was varied and hot.
Well, now about the shortcomings.
Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms
The road, if you go by bus, it is very tiring.
And there is nothing more to add about the shortcomings.
In general, we had a good rest, we were satisfied. True, the weather failed in the last two days, the Sea was stormy and the rescuers were not allowed to swim in the sea.
All in all we recommend this hotel. We were surprised by the difference that was in the reviews and what was in reality. Have a great holiday

Initially, we were placed in a room on the 5th floor with access to the shopping street. We felt all the delights of life from 22 to 5 in the morning. Within a radius of 100-200 meters, we counted 7 discos. Each of them includes Mouzon to the fullest in order to attract more visitors. The "wonderful" cacophony of sounds simply "inspires" for a peaceful and restful sleep. Closed balcony door won't help.
They suffered for 5 days before the case with a broken lock.

Incident with a broken lock in the room.

After the tour, which ended at 12 at night, we could not get into the room. The lock broke. It took the staff two hours to open it, then they tried to break the door and even climbed from the next room from the balcony to the balcony (5th floor! ). The maid made a setup, closed it from the inside, so the attempt to get into our "apartment" failed.
Then we were marinated at night in the lobby of the hotel, with a creak they gave us a free room to at least spend the night. For moral compensation, we asked for two days of allinc. and a room on the other side with access to the pool.
It was just a PARADISE for our ears, the music coming from the coast seemed to us a quiet whisper)

2. We were extremely unlucky with the maid! She never closed the door after cleaning! We discovered this only late in the evening when we arrived at the hotel! The climax was when we left for a 2 day tour, came back and the room was open! The maid of course got the fifth number)

3. Food.

Do not take allinc. If you really want to take it, then you need to come to the dining room exactly at the beginning of the meal ceremony, after 30 minutes there will be nothing. If a dish runs out, then it is no longer placed for the rest. The hungriest of course are our fellow citizens) They indiscriminately recruit everything they see and as much as possible, sweeping away everything after themselves!
I am silent already about diluted juices (it’s even difficult to call them juices) and other drinks.

I didn’t understand the meaning of the afternoon snack at all. Coming in 30 min. after it started, there was nothing left. Managed to take 20 people. What's the catch?

Food in cafes / restaurants is much richer in assortment and much tastier. From the belly we ate our 400 rubles. - this is ridiculous by Moscow standards.

There are plenty of supermarkets around where you can get anything you want. The rooms are mini-fridges with their paid products. We adapted the refrigerator to our needs)

I just returned from Bulgaria a couple of days ago.
I also read negative reviews before the trip, but I was positive. We had a student tour, I didn’t choose the hotel myself, so I didn’t sweat it much, for me the vowel was the sea, and it impressed me.
Well, everything is in order. Firstly, I realized that I no longer want bus tours, next time I will just fly. Very tiring. Ride for a day. We were checked in very early, around 9:30. The room overlooked the pool and the sea. The sea is 5 min. from the hotel, go down the stairs and go through the shops. Room - standard, normal. everything works. There is a photo. But the sea is simply mesmerizing, I never thought that the Black Sea could be so turquoise and cool, or I just missed the sea. In the morning it is very good, but in the afternoon, there are a lot of people, there is nowhere to fall an apple. Mostly the contingent is young people, but there are also older people with children. The center is economical hotels, and a little further there are quiet hotels. Prices in Bulgaria are ridiculous. You can easily skimp, especially the beach wardrobe there is very cheap and of good quality. The food is also cheap, awesome Italian ice cream (about 1.80 leva per 100g. ). Many different cafes, bars, discos. I was at almost all discos - Mapet - up to 11 karaoke, then disco, Bunkers - you can dance, Aragans - it is considered the best club there, Papaya - there are not enough people, Roxy - entrance 10 leva (50 UAH) - 2 hours free alcohol. Pleasant cafes - Oasis, Ambassador, Ivan's, Simbad. Lots of interesting things. It is better to go to the wheel of deprivation in the evening to enjoy the view. There is also a cafe in the form of the Eiffel Tower.
If anyone is going there, I will answer any questions, help with choosing a hotel, explore Golden Sands far and wide.
Take with you a sea of positive and good mood!
Have a good rest!

There are a lot of teenagers, you are as if in a camp, you can’t enter the pool, children are constantly splashing, the pool is very small! There is no territory at all, there is nowhere to sit in the evening !!!! ! The food is monotonous and bad!! ! We have been to many countries, but we have never seen such a nightmare as in Bulgaria!! ! Now we will never even go to this country for free !!!! ! Service in general Oh! There is nowhere to go, everywhere drunken youth or stalls, entertainment Oh!!! ! Bulgaria is not worth the money for which they offer their services!! ! It is better to go to Turkey or Egypt, it will be cheaper, and the pleasure is a million times more!!! ! I am writing from the bottom of my heart so that other people do not get into such an ass as we did and spoil their vacation !! ! THINK WELL BEFORE YOU GO THERE!!! ! There are no decent hotels on Golden Sands at all, there is one 5-star hotel, called ADMIRAL, but a ticket there will cost as much as a helicopter!! ! These are the impressions we had about Bulgaria and especially about the Tintyava hotel!!! !

I stayed at this hotel in July 2011. To say bad is to say nothing. Monotonous, poorly prepared food, boorish attitude of the staff, constant night noise in the room due to night discos until four in the morning, slippery tiles all over the area around the pool (due to which all the guests often fell, and one girl even broke her leg). … More ▾ I stayed at this hotel in July 2011. On the day of departure, there was a conflict with the general manager because of the dining room, she considered that one more lunch would be superfluous. In short, if you want to spoil your vacation, then you should go to Tintyava

The only advantage of this hotel is that it is located next to the sea 5-7 min. but the rest remains to be desired. In general, we did not eat there and did not drink breakfast alone is enough. As for the maintenance and service, the rooms were cleaned every day BUT, only the garbage was taken out and the floor was washed, and then they didn’t even wash the floor 2 times, I don’t even say anything about the figures from the towels, as the girl previously wrote, even the beds were not made and the linen was naturally not changed all week. The territory of the hotel itself is small and miserable, the hall is small, there was no entertainment at the hotel at all, only table tennis, but this is not for everyone. In a word, modern SAPDEP. If someone is going to this hotel, then do not take all inclusive, one breakfast is enough and more cash with you to eat in cafes and restaurants, and there the food is wonderful, and beer, and wine !!!!!!! ! ! ! In general, only spend the night in this hotel, thank God we didn’t see cockroaches)))))))))))

The hotel does not deserve the money that is asked for it. The linen is really gray and with holes, they are changed once a week. Constant dampness in the rooms. The quality of cleaning depended solely on the diligence and conscience of the staff. Most often, cleaning was reduced to just throwing garbage. The staff is basically tactless, one might even say rude. (A sleeping child, as it turned out, is not at all a hindrance to checking the refrigerator). The territory is beggarly, food is generally a separate issue. The same thing for 14 days, and with the beginning of the high season, from June 26, the choice of dishes decreased in proportion to the increase in prices for them. Another interesting point is to take out drinks after dinner to sit on the terrace right there near the "canteen" - a fine of 20 leva. Compliance with the rules is monitored by staff, for whom the removal of a glass of juice from the concentrate for the child became simply the meaning of life. Dirt is everywhere - dishes, tables, food itself (hair tightness is the little things in life compared to everything else). Regarding the staff - in a critical situation, when there was no connection with the guide, they refused to dial a Bulgarian number from a landline phone. When asked what to do, your problems. "Very friendly Bulgarian people"!!!! ! The beach is another story too. In the morning we watched the picture almost every day: after cleaning from gobies and various small debris, all this was immediately thrown into the sea. There is no free zone near the sea as such. The prices for sunbeds and umbrellas are 8 leva each and they are empty, but every morning these sunbeds were moved closer to the sea line in order to survive the vacationers and make them pay. those who did not agree to move their towels received a portion of obscenities in pure Russian (so that everyone could understand). The path from the hotel to the beach, especially after the night, is strewn with used condoms every morning. In general, you can talk for a very long time. Spent nerves, money is not worth such a rest. People, think very carefully before you visit this resort and this hotel in particular!!!! !

Once we waited ten minutes for plates, forks and "food". I won't even talk about the number. Rent an apartment and do not deny yourself anything. It seemed to us that in Bulgaria it was the only way to go.

Everything in the hotel is 30 years old, including bed linen. I'm not talking about furniture and TV at all. There is air conditioning, but you should not turn it on, because it stinks terribly. The rooms are not cleaned, it is only one name. For tips left every day we changed towels. now about the restaurant, cat. except as a student canteen can not be called. All inclusive is just a joke. We went to the restaurant for lunch and dinner twice. No more risk. It reminded me of a pioneer camp, and not of the best level. I would call it just slop. Do not offer Tintyava to the Russians. they didn't deserve it.
