Stayed at this hotel with my wife for one night. A double room for the night cost about 220 lev (approximately 220 * 20 = 4400 r)
Minuses:
Sheer extortion in the worst possible way. The hotel was half empty, but under the pretext of "we only have rooms with a sea view left, " they took extra money from us.
They took the passports. I tried to explain to them that I need a passport to pay with a credit card - to no avail. I asked to make at least copies of passports on a photocopier, to which I was told: "it's not free. "

We arrived by car. There is no free parking. They sold us a ticket for a parking space behind the hotel. After checking in, we went for a walk to Balchik. We returned around 10 pm and did not find a place where to park the car. We contacted the administrator and the guard at the parking lot. When asked how it was possible to sell us a parking space, if in fact there are no places, they shrugged and offered to park in a distant parking lot. The money for paid parking was not returned. They explained how to get to the far parking lot. They even gave some drunk manager who was supposed to show it to us. The manager drove to the exit from the highway to Golden Sands, got out near some other hotel and said they say "park here and go talk to the reception of this hotel. " He himself went to the bus stop, as he was leaving home. Naturally, at the reception of this hotel, no one knew anything about me - I had to return and continue the proceedings. They gave another - a sober escort. We reached another parking lot, it was 10 minutes walk from the hotel. And the campaign was generally free . . In the parking lot at the hotel there were empty places, but the guard said that they were reserved for their superiors.
Pros:
Rooms are quite nice, sea view too. True, the presence of a door to the next room and the corresponding audibility between the rooms a little strained.
Outcome:
if you want to give a lot of money and remember the Soviet service - you can stay at this hotel.
