The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The food is simply amazing! I can't find any, even a small minus, in this hotel.

Wonderful 24-hour bars, with delicious cocktails and various drinks. I would especially like to note the work of the bartenders. Young, friendly and very nimble guys and girls, always ready to please even the most fastidious guests. We really liked the bartenders Demitari (I hope I didn’t misspell the name) and the girl Zhenya (from Ukraine) - the best bartenders we met during our travels! We thank the beautiful girls - managers at the reception, as well as in the main restaurant. And a huge respect to the chefs of the hotel! Guys - you are the gods of gastronomy and cooking!
So tasty we, perhaps, have never been fed anywhere! The hotel has a wonderful sauna center, fitness room, outdoor pools (on the roof) and indoor (under the roof). Cozy beach and beautiful, warm sea!

Stayed at this hotel with my wife for one night. A double room for the night cost about 220 lev (approximately 220 * 20 = 4400 r) Minuses: Sheer extortion in the worst possible way. They took the passports. I tried to explain to them that I need a passport to pay with a credit card - to no avail. I asked to make at least copies of passports on a photocopier, to which I was told: "it's not free. "
We arrived by car. There is no free parking. They sold us a ticket for a parking space behind the hotel. After checking in, we went for a walk to Balchik. We returned around 10 pm and did not find a place where to park the car. We contacted the administrator and the guard at the parking lot. When asked how it was possible to sell us a parking space, if in fact there are no places, they shrugged and offered to park in a distant parking lot. The money for paid parking was not returned. They explained how to get to the far parking lot. They even gave some drunk manager who was supposed to show it to us. The manager drove to the exit from the highway to Golden Sands, got out near some other hotel and said they say "park here and go talk to the reception of this hotel. " He himself went to the bus stop, as he was leaving home. Naturally, at the reception of this hotel, no one knew anything about me - I had to return and continue the proceedings. They gave another - a sober escort. We reached another parking lot, it was 10 minutes walk from the hotel. And the campaign was generally free . . In the parking lot at the hotel there were empty places, but the guard said that they were reserved for their superiors.

Rooms are quite nice, sea view too. True, the presence of a door to the next room and the corresponding audibility between the rooms a little strained.

if you want to give a lot of money and remember the Soviet service - you can stay at this hotel.

When everything was already paid for, we read about the famous rotavirus, about the negative points about the hotel, and the desire to go was completely gone .....but upon arrival it turned out that it was a very pretty hotel ....Of course, the repair is simpler than five stars, but in general, not bad ....We identified several negative points for ourselves - the absence of a heated pool; lack of a safe in the room (if desired, it can be rented at the reception for 20 euros); for a week they never changed the bedding, although in general they cleaned well; paid sunbeds, mattresses, umbrellas - 15 euros per day for 2; and food - a lot, tasty, but monotonous ...
We are very glad that the child did not get sick with rotavirus info, because after reading the reviews we tuned in to this ....And the resort itself somehow reminded the Yalta embankment .....The water is clean .....in general I liked it ... .

I had a rest in 2009 in the neighboring hotel Berlin Golden Beach, and this year I chose the Iberostar Izgrev - a four-star hotel with a minus. In principle, there are no complaints, but in Berlin it is still cooler !! ! The very appearance is worth something - like a ship, and there are fewer people, and better cleaning, and food! How many hotels I have not studied - I have not found better than Berlin!! !.

Although the center can be reached either on foot for about 15 minutes, or by tram (3 leva - about 66 rubles). There are many restaurants, shops and entertainment on the embankment. The service at the hotel is good, the maids are friendly, almost all the staff speak Russian.
