We rested in China on Hainan Island, Dadonghai Bay from February 27 to March 8, tour from March 26 to March 9.2019.
Visa-free in a group of tourists, even the migration paper did not have to be filled out, only the prints of both hands in the machine with tips. Hold your fingers without spreading and you will pass the first time. Only a stamp is put in the passport.
Sanya Biboluo Hotel on Booking 2*, and our MOTs are sold as 3*, but it doesn't matter.
Upon check-in, they take a deposit, they said $ 20, they give a check, they gave it immediately upon check-out.
From the hotel of the very first in the list of tours, we did not expect much, because the rest are much more expensive. We needed somewhere to sleep and swim. It turned out okay.
On many maps, the hotel is not correctly marked, it is located right behind Summer in a quiet courtyard and the road is not audible.
First, the cons of the hotel-
no balcony,
no refrigerator in the room (you can use the common one at the reception),

It was possible to put a refrigerator on each floor, otherwise it is constantly filled at the reception.
very poor breakfast (consider that it is not),
BREAKFAST - 2 types of cabbage, a few pieces of fruit, a tortilla or pampushka, a boiled egg. All this is brought to you on a tray in portions, and you can take tea, sugar, salt, rice soup and mayonnaise yourself.
There are many more pluses, the location is very good,
There is WI-FI, the password is at the guide desk, the signal was good, I sent both videos and photos without any problems. To use the Internet, you must download Turbo VPN to your device at home, without it the Internet does not work at all, and the navigator-Offline MAPS. ME maps helped a lot.
Chifanki (affordable cafes) are 1 minute from the hotel, as is the food area which is between Summer and Winter. And in general there are many shops nearby and fruits too.
The bank is very close where the rate was 6.64 but it is very long to wait to issue with a passport and in some banks you need a voucher, although you can change it with a hotel guide without any problems, the rate was 6.50 yuan for $ 1, you can still change it on the 2nd floor in In winter, sellers at 6.60 ? =1$.
Dadonghai Park is close, very well maintained, pleasant.
ROOM we had on the 4th floor 410, probably the smallest in the entire hotel with one large bed, but we got used to it. Nearby all the rooms were with 2 beds much larger. The building has 9 floors in total, 8 with rooms and 9 for breakfast, there is also a laundry room.
In the room, instead of a balcony, there is a bathroom with half-transparent glass. There are mosquito nets on the windows. Outside the window there is fittings so that the climbing plant can grow upwards, so we tied a rope there and dried our things, since the humidity is very strong and nothing dried in the room. Hot water was at any time of the day.
The room has:
electric kettle, 2 cups, thermos, large umbrella, 40' TV, safe, air conditioning, wardrobe and 6 trempels, 2 bedside tables, table and chair,

mosquito sprayer and some 2 other devices that need to be plugged into an outlet, similar to an ionizer and a spray flavor,
a large and a small towel per person, hair dryer, slippers,
toothbrushes and pastes, comb, cap, soap, shampoo and shower gel in the dispenser.
The number is opened with a card, when you are in the room, your sign is lit in the corridor and the call is on, when you are absent, the sign goes out.
A building of two risers connected by passages and fast elevators on both sides.
On the ground floor between the risers there is an area for evening gatherings with tables, there were a lot of mosquitoes, sometimes a rat was seen running there, and sometimes large cockroaches are also found.
Be careful not to stain the towels and bedding, otherwise you will have to pay or do laundry.
Not far from the hotel is Barry Boutique Hotel Sanya 5 * on the 33rd floor observation balconies, the view is especially stunning at night on Dadonghai, you can see the houses Trees and Phoenixes!
EXCURSIONS from the guide did not take, because it is very expensive!
We went by regular bus fare from 2 to 15 yuan, they don’t give change to put money in a box. The application on the mobile phone Offline maps MAPS. ME helped a lot, even at home I downloaded China and marked all the places where I want to go to see. On the bus, the navigator always told me where to get off, it’s especially convenient when it’s dark and everything in Chinese is lit up, it’s not clear where and what.
We went to the Nanshan statue by bus 25, it only runs until seven in the evening for 10 yuan, but the bus is very crowded and hard, it takes 1 hour and 10 minutes, we boarded the 55 bus back, the fare is 13 yuan, it is comfortable and does not take standing people.
We went to the observation embankment near the Phoenix Island for 2 yuan, also to the houses of the Trees, there are many buses going there.

A free bus to the springs runs from the Sunshine Resort Intime Sanya and Pearl River Garden 4 * hotels (this one is closer from the hotel from the sea side near Dadonghai Park, where the guys offer cheaper entrance tickets) To whom for 60 the cost of entrance tickets at the box office is 50%.
You can walk to the SEA with a quick step even in 3 minutes, and getting tired back turned out longer - up to 7 minutes.
The SEA in the last days of February and the beginning of March was +22 in the morning and in the afternoon about +24, +26, the air temperature during the day reached +30, and at night +22. It was comfortable enough. The storm was either strong or very small, but we swam every day! Sunbeds on the beach are only from other people's hotels, so we settled on our bedspreads, we even took a light beach tent. It never rained. The beach is light sand without sand fleas. There are a lot of bloggers on the beach, they shoot from the very morning until the very sunset and yell - they have such an emotional speech! The Chinese are very fond of photographing the Slavs, of course, less than in GOA, but many.
SANYA has three most popular bays among tourists - DADUNGHAI, YALUNWAN (Yalong Bay), SANYAVAN (Sanya Bay), there is also Lingshui remote.
Dadonghai Bay is small, everything is nearby, the liveliest especially in the evening - parks, shops: SUMMER, WINTER, PINEAPPLE, MINISO, many inexpensive cafes. From this bay, you can easily go to Yalongvan (everything is more expensive), Sanyavan or Sanya city center - a bus from 2 to 10 yuan (to lie down without change).
City streets are clean and well-groomed in greenery.
The cheapest cafes, they are called CHIFANKI right across the road 1 minute from the hotel. "Lina's" is always the most crowded, the portions are very large and tasty, Peking duck she has 38 yuan, shrimp 38, Harbin salad 14, scallops 25.
Prices from 7 to 60 yuan, $1=6.60 ? .
In Hainan, all prices are per pound. Mango costs 4-10 yuan for 500 grams.
Pineapple 2.3 small pieces for 10 yuan,
Passion fruit, Pitahaya (dragonfruit), strawberry 15 yuan per 0.5kg, Red banana 14, Lychee and Rambutan 13, Durian 35 per 500g

Opposite "Pineapple" across the road there is a small shopping center, not very well known to tourists, and a seafood supermarket at the price of the market, shrimp 28 yuan half a kilo. There is a discount store on the second floor. The prices are normal. Shoes from 30 yuan.
We went to the Farmer's Market (Yulin Agricultural Products Market) past Pineapple along the military unit all the time right 2 km to the market, open from morning to evening, prices are slightly cheaper than in the center.
SHOPPING home - tea, silk duvet and pillows, bedding, creams, masks, coconut milk powder, coconut and mango sweets, and of course FRUITS!
You can not export coconut, watermelon, melon and durian (some stink and others explode).
You can not carry powerful Power bank (power bank), they can explode.
Chinese customs has its own rules for carrying in baggage and carry-on baggage. We were lucky both back and forth, we took sausage, canned food, cheese, a knife, folding scissors. Many were returned to have their suitcases opened, lighters, matches, a knife and scissors, if more manicure scissors, products - cheese, sausage and stew, were thrown away.
On the way back, do not throw away an empty bottle, there is a machine with hot and cold water in the terminal, and cups often run out, I took a thermo mug of tea and sugar. Duty Free was completely closed at night.
Vacationers Russians are more often from St. Petersburg, Ukrainians, and for the Chinese, a hotel to spend the night and move on early in the morning.
I really liked Hainan, clean, well-groomed, even the locals did not bother and did not interfere, but I was afraid that their behavior would be the same as in Thailand - crush, impudence.
The result is that there is something to see, you will also be able to relax, eat a variety of dishes and large portions.
The flight is very hard, but it's worth it! ))
All good travels and unforgettable impressions!! !
