We rested with my husband together. In principle, we liked everything. But there are drawbacks. Fans of a calm, family, quiet vacation should go to Hainan. There you will not see noisy discos, night bars, etc. We are calm people, so we felt good. We rested at the Guest House hotel. We knew in advance that it was not on the first coastline, so we were not upset at all. The first days we went to the beach on foot - we studied the territory. Along the way, there are many shops where they sell various nonsense (tea, souvenirs, clothes, food, alcohol. When they got tired, they began to drive from the hotel by car. The car runs on schedule, every half hour, but we didn’t wait, we approached the reception or the security guard on the beach and ordered a car. No one has ever refused us. The hotel itself is basically normal. Moreover, this is not Turkey, and not Egypt, where it is not necessary to leave the hotel. . m. , but in reality it was much smaller. Ordinary standard room, only the view from the window is better. Furniture, plumbing are new, there was nothing to complain about. Every day they bring two cans of beer and two bottles of water. True, they wanted to take a couple with beer, they said that the hotel ended. We didn’t suffer much about this, because the beer is brought the cheapest and most worthless. The hotel area is small. There are two swimming pools. We are not fans of chlorinated water, so we preferred to swim in the sea. sun lounger There was always enough for us. The only negative is the locals, they come every day to put up tents on the shore and rest. This is the most unpleasant thing. I’ll tell you about the Chinese separately, a little later. The breakfasts at the hotel are standard. We woke up late and came for breakfast 15 minutes before it ended, but we always ate enough, and there was always enough fruit and food. The hotel is located in Dadonghai Bay. It is considered the noisiest. I don’t know then what is happening in the other bays, but in ours at 00:30 you almost never meet anyone on the street. Cafes and restaurants are no longer working. There are a lot of cafes in the bay for every taste. There is also Chinese food , there is also European. Most often we went to "Kievskaya Rus", or to "Karavel". The prices are quite reasonable. You need to order one serving for two. This will be enough to eat. slightly more. They mostly drank beer, the rest of the alcohol is terrible. Beer costs in stores from 4 to 8 yuan. prices in cafes and shops are the most normal. Those who rested in the bays of Sanya and Yalunvan came to our place to eat by taxi and it was cheaper than eating there.
And now about the most unpleasant thing. And the most unpleasant thing in China is the Chinese. People without complexes can sneeze (the louder the better), burp and fulfill other natural needs without being embarrassed by anyone. They don’t come to the beach to relax, but to take pictures of Russian tourists. They take pictures of everything and everyone, on cell phones, on good cameras. terribly annoying. If there are more than three people, then get ready that in a minute it will be very noisy... We thought that there would be problems with knowledge of the language, but they were not. In shops and cafes, as a rule, there is always someone who understands Russian.
We went on an excursion to the center of Buddhism on our own (this is the only worthwhile excursion offered), without a guide. There by taxi, back on a blue bus without a number, with an elephant on its side. It turned out much cheaper and better than with a tour operator. I really liked the center, beautiful , very well-groomed territory. We also swept to Yalunvan Bay. We wanted to admire its vaunted snow-white, deserted beaches. hotel beach.

In general, we liked the rest, despite the Chinese. Hainan is worth a trip once. Probably not worth more. There are so many beautiful places on our planet !!!! !
