I did not like the hotel at all, in general some kind of horror. The hotel has no English-speaking staff at all, the guide left who knows where. There is no music or animators on the territory of the hotel, the pool is open at certain hours, you come to it only 2 sun loungers for a large number of people, then somehow it turned out that we were closed on this pool, we had to climb over the fence. The food is terrible. There was no fridge in the room so we had to ask for it. The only thing that reassured me a little was the cleanliness, every day they brought slippers, dental checks, shampoo. The hotel says no smoking, locals come, they smoke quietly, we are indignant, they tell us that these are VIP clients and they can. Service and staff are terrible.
