A distinctive feature of the hotel is its beautiful territory, beautifully designed 2 swimming pools, convenient location of the villas. The room had no balcony. It is impossible to dry wet clothes after bathing, they dried them on a coat hanger, hung them on a curtain with an open window, the linen dried out for 2 days. The cleaning of the room was horrendous. That is, on the first day they forgot to clean it at all, until they told the reception, they came to clean it at 6 pm. After cleaning, there was water on the floor for several hours in a row, because. k. the mop was not squeezed out and no one wiped the floor dry, because i. e. if you immediately go to the toilet, you could easily fall; the most terrible discovery of cleaning - the toilet bowl, sink, and floor were washed with one mop, i. e. about. after cleaning the room smelled like sewage for a very long time; if somewhere it was dirty on the table, walls, cabinets, it was necessary to point a finger at it. The Russian channel in the hotel 1. is very small, at least 2- First and Russia. Eating at the hotel is a separate issue - all food is oriented towards the Chinese - you could only eat Russian food - rice with an egg, fried eggs, pastries, coffee, fruits (watermelon, pineapple) sometimes stewed vegetables - cauliflower with carrots (there was 1 time), corn (every day), eggplant (2 times), everything else for the Chinese, rice noodles, dumplings with grass, some meats - pork and duck, very fatty. The service in the restaurant is disgusting - the waiters are untidy, without aprons and hats, some kind of street clothes, the tables are not cleaned, they barely walk, if they removed the dirty dishes, then they are in no hurry to wipe the table until you tell them; if you are ready to sit down somewhere, then there is nowhere, all the tables are littered with dirty dishes, as I remember the restaurant, goosebumps so far. . . The main problem is that at the reception they do not understand Russian, and English is difficult, the language barrier is the main problem. . . Russian-speaking guys are on duty near the hotel - Timur and more, you clutch at them like straws - and they are bred for treatment at the Sunny Light sanatorium - good massage procedures, acupuncture and cosmetic procedures (I don’t know which ones, I didn’t use), but banks and herbs - optional, and also do not let you come to your senses, do not let you try out the procedures - they immediately take the money. . . All in all, I would not recommend this hotel. . .
