In the reviews, they didn’t read a word about a construction site that blocks the entire view of the sea, so you shouldn’t take rooms with this view, a 22-storey building and periodically sounds from driving piles, and another construction site is planned nearby. On the other side, there is a road where trucks constantly pick up all night, and planes take off (but you get used to it for 3-4 days). Booking a room does not mean anything, we were settled in a room of a different category, 3 days of negotiations did not give anything, in most rooms there is black mold in several places. But this is not about the deluxe building, where our toilets were heated only for 3 days and the safe was opened for two tourists and the money was pulled out. And our "wonderful guides" Ritochka and Igorechek, who in the first two days intimidate everyone, forbidding you to leave the hotel without mysterious customs stamps on tourist checks, compose that if you do not buy excursions from them, then you will be fined upon departure, and in general everywhere you can get poisoned and turn into a disabled person, except for those places from which they have a rollback, they do not help tourists in anything. We collected money for excursions, we didn’t see Igorechka anymore, Rita googled all the time and to all requests for help she said, “What do you want, this is China, such humidity, this is such Chinese tourism and in general... I’m only a translator here. ” So, dear tourists, your problems in this hotel you will decide for yourself. The hotel beach is slightly equipped, there are mushrooms and sunbeds, most of them are broken, and in general there are about 10 of them. The entrance to the beach is through the old Muslim cemetery, but it is almost all overgrown, although the road is all gouged, but the hotel could have faked it a little, but why, rusish tourist and it endures. The local bobge constantly walks along the beach and shoots cigarettes for everyone, there are no lifeguards. Although after 150 m. From the treatment center I advise Sunshine (look for it yourself, cheaper, they will take you from the hotel plus 40% to the price), Hippocrates (they distribute ads on the street) or through a private guide to the Sanya Central Hospital - the best and cheapest option. Very close to the Phoenix Hotel, also cheaper than we were taken from the hotel to Tien Bao by 40%, you can go there, the booth is close and spend less time. Beryozka found a good cafe, Russian menu is not expensive, friendly staff, take and bring to the hotel for free. Elena - all our tourists were deceived either on the menu or on the composition of portions (instead of eel they bring bony fish). Well, who dares to go to the hotel, I would not advise, better in five. We really liked the bay, expanse, a big spit, you can get away from the Kttay people there are not so many of them as in Dadonghai (it takes 20-25 minutes by taxi from the hotel by bus 24-40). We went to Dadonghai and Peshohodka, but in Sanya the bay is calmer, there is a breeze, less humidity, we liked this bay more. But the hotel is definitely different. Our entire group wanted to anathematize the guides, but on the last day they were even afraid to see us off, because of the 19 people in Liger, not one was satisfied with their work (and this is not work), they did not defend our interests, they only cut down money. They have a SIM card of 120, and in the city it is 50. They put money on a SIM card only if you bought it from them, it is impossible to call anywhere from the hotel if this is not the place that they recommend. Their exchange rate is the lowest 615 for 100 USD. everywhere at least 625, bank 638. In general, whoever has an electronic visa card, don’t buy dollars, then I rented it from the terminal that is in the hotel, it’s cheaper, as all the Chinese do, the bank rate, the percentage is 2-3. And Rita scared everyone that she would chew the card, that she wouldn’t give it, it’s only so that they exchange it, all the Chinese take it off, I took it off 3 times. In short, guides from Pegasus in this hotel put us on 100%. How many traveled nowhere have I seen such lawlessness. I do not recommend this hotel and others where there are these guides. And Pegasus should be ashamed of such dishonest guides, the entire Internet writes about them, a good tour operator would drive them in the neck. But Pegasus is Pegasus. Dear tourists, I wish you all good nerves and inner strength if you go to this hotel and that your vacation is 100%, but this will only be your merit. Don't be afraid of anything, don't listen to anyone, don't be afraid to ride with private guides (honest Oleg - we are very grateful to him, he saved our vacation, brought a SIM card, told everything, wrote all the hieroglyphs, a miracle of the excursion).
