Hello, I rested with my son for 10 years in the period from 11/01/2012-11/13/2012.
I liked the hotel, cozy, a lot of plants, a good pool, a thermal spring on the territory. There are bathrobes, slippers, tea in a jar, glasses, a teapot, towels are changed every day, just put them in a basket on the floor, there is a hairdryer in the bathroom, a shower , combs and toothbrushes are new every day, there is a refrigerator, air conditioning and a fan, a TV without Russian channels. There were no problems with the staff, Pegasus guides are always at the reception, if there is a problem, they will help. We asked for a second room key.
Nutrition. Vegetarian menu: cabbage, beans, soy sausages, noodles, eggs, once a week there was bacon, there were a lot of delicious pastries, watermelons and papaya from fruits. The bar at the hotel is open until late in the evening, on the menu: dumplings (-), rice with beef curry (+), mushroom soup (+), sandwich (+), there is always ice cream, and alcoholic drinks (did not try). The restaurant is open in the morning (breakfast) from 7-9, then until 14 lunch, and from 17 o'clock dinners. Every evening barbecue (seafood, meat skewers). I'm not picky about food, when I was driving I read reviews, but honestly: the first time I could not choose something edible.

MINUS (for those who come just to sunbathe, swim on an empty beach, get a massage and all without fuss - the location of the hotel PLUS): The hotel is located at the farthest distance from the center: Sanya and Dadonghai, by bus (No. 25, No. 26) it takes 30-40 minutes to go, a taxi one way costs about 60-70 yuan (300-350 rubles).
Massage. We went to the centers, but did nothing. I took a massage course on the beach with my child, a man of age does it. He doesn’t speak Russian, but we didn’t tell him anything. My son has scoliosis, so he set everything to him, the vertebrae crunched, it was scary for him, but the son said that it was as if he had been taken apart piece by piece and reassembled, and he told him after the fourth time that that was it, he would no longer go for a massage I need to. My lower back has passed. 4 days before departure, I sent people to him who had already undergone all the massages and needles in the centers and they really liked it. They also do massage and acupuncture at the hotel, there is a salon, we went (not we) also liked it.
Weather: During the stay, the temperature was +24+28, sometimes clouds in the afternoon, a little rain was a couple of times. The sun is very active, we got super tanned, but with sunscreen.
Excursions: We didn’t go anywhere with the Pegasus company, we took a price list from them, went to Dadonghai, where Russian-speaking Chinese distribute booklets, with them (bought an entrance ticket from them, and from winter-summer cents on a free bus, departure at 10 am) we went to the thermal springs (liked it). Bus number 25, if you go in the direction opposite to the center, will bring you to the final stop, it is the Nianshan Buddhism Center, the entrance ticket costs 150 yuan. If you get off the bus stop earlier, you will arrive at the botanical garden, there are orchids, cacti, fish, pumpkins, the ticket is 100 yuan. On the same side is the End of the World stone park. We bought a map in a shop in the hotel, on the bus they showed us where we needed to go and we were told when to get off.
Shopping: Whatever you buy: haggle, whether it's a store or shopping on the street.

Near the Narada 5 * hotel, admission is free (no towels and bathrobes with Wanbo), swim, walk, sunbathe, the territory is huge, there are 2 water slides). There is an ATM in the hotel, where you can easily withdraw money from the card.
I liked Hainan very much, they brought home bed linen, teas.
