But, then the discrepancy with the declared five stars becomes clear - water flows out of the shower cabin, the door to the bathroom does not close completely, the air conditioner "drums" , but does not cool, etc. It is puzzling that tea in the room of this five-star hotel is put exactly 2 pieces of green, 2 pieces of black and 2 bags of unsweetened sugar. I have never seen such austerity in any hotel.
Soap is constantly forgotten to be reported. But about cleaning it is necessary to write separately - it is terrible. It seems that they do not wash the floor, as well as sinks and mirrors. they don’t notice), there are stains on the mirrors all the time.
