Marriott Spa&Resort
The Grand Deluxe was booked for us on the 7th floor.
The hotel rests Russia and Kazakhstan. Some of them even behave themselves
What I liked about the hotel:
1) The room is really good. Don't complain about the service.
2) I would like to note the work of the Russian girl Natalia Medvedeva. Very nice, she showed us around the hotel, helped us sort out the spa treatments, speaks Chinese, is always friendly with everyone.
3) The pools are great, only the water is cool. One of the pools is small, located next to the kids club, and the second is very large by the sea. I liked the fact that this pool is made of different levels and all in plants. You can retire to any corner of the pool.
4) The territory of the hotel is beautiful - fountains, parks, bars.
5) I really liked the spa treatments.
6) Nice beach
7) The sea is clean
8) The Filipino girl in the Lobby Bar sang great in the evenings!
What we didn't like about the hotel:

1) The staff generally speaks English poorly. Here is an example of a dialogue. We ordered food in the room. They brought us a trolley on which was a card with the English text: “Please call us to collect the trolley” (Please call us to pick up the trolley) So I call:
-Hello! You can collect the trolley
-What? Do you need an Internet?
-No, we have just ordered dinner at room service
-What would you like to order?
-*************************
2) next to the hotel there is a fish restaurant, as it turned out later, there is a brothel!
3) We did not like the food at the hotel, everything is Chinese, in sauces and spicy. There is practically no European cuisine. Restaurants on the territory (Japanese, Chinese and the one where they have breakfast) In the first two we did not like the food, and in the last one for $ 50 per person for a buffet. We just don't eat that much.
4) Very often noisy events, corporate parties were held on the territory of the hotel. Asian guests love to sing karaoke and consider it normal that the whole hotel should enjoy this howl.
5) I didn’t like the sea because of the side waves, it’s hard to swim like that, everything splashes in my face.
6) The check-out took almost 40 minutes, the reception service takes a very long time.
7) Terrible taxis!
8) The Chinese smoke in elevators! And also all the time they walk in bathrobes and slippers of the hotel, even in the evening.
9) The Chinese representative of the travel agency constantly called, who speaks Russian and imposed group excursions, explaining his insistence that we have such an expensive number, and we, they say, save on excursions, or that if we don’t go, then he they will say that he has a bad year or that he will not be paid enough. Simplicity is worse than theft, as you know))
But in general, the hotel is VERY GOOD! Stayed 2 times in Los Angeles at the Marriott. The Chinese version will also soon catch up with the American one)
