At that time we were sitting in the room sweating, and this was after a 13-hour flight. The representative of Pegasus - be it not okay, we did not wait. In general, I got the impression that the main task of managers from Pegasus is to spoil the rest of the Russians as subtly as possible. They intimidated us - do not go there, do not go here, you will be arrested, you will not be released when you return home, since supposedly the visa is for a group and we are obliged to rest as a group. The thing is that we did not agree to more than one excursion with Pegasus, which, unlike the local guide, has prices that are simply crazy - 50-70 percent higher. For example, we visited the Buddhist center for 150 yuan per person, Pegasus offers $ 68 per person, and so on. Girls managers Evgenia and Natalya, who from Pegasus constantly sit in the lobby of the hotel (perhaps their constant presence in the lobby is the only advantage), they are so angry, so nervous, it’s only to spoil your nerves to communicate with them. They even didn’t give vouchers to some tourists because of the refusal to buy excursions from Pegasus, they had to look for them on other flights with the help of the Chinese. BE CAREFUL!! ! Sophisticated entertainment in this hotel, when upon check-out you are not returned a deposit of $ 100, saying that you allegedly spoiled the towel with mango juice and it does not wash. The dollars were given away after we paid 40 yuan. Moreover, towels were considered by the whole hotel, we felt like spies, pests, assholes and IN GENERAL!!!!!! ! Together they cease to understand all the languages ​ ​ ​ ​ of the world and only on the calculator show how much you have to pay. I really wanted to strangle a couple of them. BUT we are humane Russian tourists. Between these events, the air conditioner leaked, the pipe under the sink burst, lizards and ants shared the room with us (and at our expense). And everything is great!!! !
