The hotel is very good, suitable for any category - the location is perfect. The only problem is the availability of some rooms without a balcony, so be sure to pay attention to this when choosing. As we understood, balconies start with the Deluxe category. It is better not to take it without a balcony, especially if you are smokers or with children: first of all, the inconvenience is that you will have absolutely nowhere to dry your clothes.
The room has a perfectly working air conditioner, there is also a fan on the ceiling, but we did not understand what it was for. Air conditioning always works, because. there is a card that cannot be removed from the electrical socket. So, while you are away - and the air conditioner is working, and the phones are charging, it is very convenient.
Everything in the room is free, but if something has a price label on it (mini bar, bottle of water on the bedside table), then you will have to pay for it! There is a lot of space in the mini-bar, they kept their purchases (cola, mango) if necessary. Teas, coffee, dry cream, 4 bottles of water, a bathroom set were replenished every day, and for each (a comb, a shower cap, an elastic band for hair, a razor with shaving cream, a toothbrush with toothpaste, a sewing travel kit), well and there were always shampoo, conditioner, body balm, shower gel, soap on the shelf. The blue bag for the beach is for you, take and carry things in it, and you can take it home, and you can use the white one, but you can’t take it home. There are slippers for the beach, bathrobes. Everything is in the room, in the closet. There is a hair dryer. Not portable, in the bathroom.

Towels (for each three pieces + 1 under the feet in total) are changed every day, regardless of where you threw them. We changed beach towels from the maid, she always walks along the corridor somewhere nearby: you look where her cart is, you come up, you hold out towels, she immediately gives clean ones, without even asking what number.
Sometimes they put a plate of fruit in the room (just like that, for free, and they can give it repeatedly, they may not give it at all, it's like a present from the hotel). Tips, as we were told, are not taken, we took Alenka and Alpen Gold chocolates with us, left them on the table next to the kettle every other day.
The room has a safe, very convenient to use, but it is better not to leave the door open when you are in the room, because you can hit your head, unfortunately, it is located that way.
Food in the hotel is plentiful. There is everything. We only had breakfast (and once there was a barbecue dinner that came with the package), and you could come to breakfast at 7 in the morning (if you have an early excursion, we found that you can already go to eat at 6-40) and eat until 10, or until 10-30 (I don’t remember exactly). Well, this is for those who really want to get better))) They have very tasty noodles, hollandaise sauce. Delicious steamed rice buns, but didn't really like the sweet rice cakes. They took small empty bottles of water from the room, collected water at breakfast, no one said anything. They took boiled corn with them from breakfast, buns, no one said anything either. But we took a couple of times everything. Breakfast also included meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, fruits, coffee, tea, cakes, i. e. for every taste. Barbecue dinner, that's a sip. Everything is beautiful, plentiful, live music. Decide what you will eat, especially a paradise for seafood lovers. Beer all you want, drinks too and any food straight from the grill, from the oven, etc.
About wi-fi in the hotel: it turns on immediately, by itself, without a password. Wi-fi there, in Hainan - everywhere, I didn’t strain with it. We did not connect any applications, we talked on VKontakte, where it works perfectly. They just downloaded the Maps Me program in Russia, and for the first days they looked at the road using it. It works without internet.

The beach is literally behind the gate (a convenient system - only you, as a hotel guest, can enter from the beach by applying a card, and the gate is closed for outsiders). There are plenty of sunbeds on the beach and by the pools. The pools always have sun loungers, clean, free mattresses, toys for children. And the beach is a little crowded, and there may not be sunbeds at rush hour. It is very convenient to lie by the pool, at the same time go to the sea to swim and lie by the pool again. By the way, in China you can smoke everywhere. It's the first time I meet this.
