Overall impressions are negative. The translators at the hotel are good, but if you try to explain yourself without them, the room is empty. There are hotel workers who pretend to understand Russian or English (a girl in a restaurant and a couple of people at the reception). For example, when a child needed a glass of warm water, they brought cold water first, then boiling water, and then they brought two glasses of warm water of different temperatures. The cot was brought without linen and mattress (there was a pillow). We asked for linen and a mattress - they brought another pillow and two towels. My daughter slept under a towel. The next day after cleaning the room, these towels were gone. I had to go again to explain myself (now through an interpreter). They brought linen, a blanket, a mattress and again a pillow. The third towel for my daughter again had to go to ask. Then they regularly took him away and instead of three towels they left 2 again. Once they gave 4 towels. Until the last day I had to hide a spare towel for my daughter from the cleaners in a suitcase. And so in everything. This hotel does not pull at 5 *, 3-3.5. But a lot of disposable nonsense: slippers, brushes, combs, razors. . . All the Chinese are constantly climbing to take pictures of their daughter and take pictures with her. It is useless to say that we do not like it, they take pictures in a brazen or from behind. Those who do not have a camera reach out to her with their hands, and usually immediately in the face. Strongly got. Especially when it's the cleaners who sweep up the garbage in a coastal eatery. There were no problems with food. During breakfast for my daughter (who is allergic to many products), the products could be picked up without problems. Dinner at the hotel restaurant is also delicious and varied, but every 2-2 times. 5 more expensive than the average beachfront restaurant. The linen in the room was changed every 3-4 days, instead of the promised 1 (2-3). The floors were not washed, only vacuumed, the sand remained. If without a child, it would be on the drum. And so I had to go down to the reception and ask for more cleanliness. They settled us with a small child right in front of the construction site, where jackhammers worked all day. I had to go and explain that they were wrong. Relocated. The first room was clean. In the second, the mold along all the seams in the bathroom some time ago was smeared with white putty, but this did not stop her for a long time. For foreign tourists, the prices for everything are overpriced (2 times, but this, of course, is not the limit, they weigh and sometimes pick up on the scales not the price that they agreed on, but slightly higher), you feel like a cash cow. As a person, no one cares about you here. Even if you had a good meal in a restaurant and asked for warm water for the child (this was already in another place where the waiters understood Russian), then for this glass they will still not forget to insert 5 yuan (27 rubles) into the bill. But this, of course, is understandable. The tourist mostly has to deal with merchants. The hotel has a medical center. My daughter had a lot of scratches from the bites of local mosquitoes. Smeared with their own means, helped little. We asked the guide if they could help us at the first-aid post. He said no. He offered to go to the pharmacy or call the insurance company. The latter, of course, we did not do. In the pharmacy, all medicines are Chinese, there are no European ones in principle. Annotations are not translated. Sellers at best speak Russian at the level of a cold, cough. Therefore, what they are trying to sell you is completely incomprehensible. It's better to have everything with you. . To the beach, where you can safely (not on sharp stones) go into the water, about 1 km. The guide said about the sauna that it does not work (I do not rule out that it does not work only for Russians). The first guide said that they would bring us beach towels. Another guide said that there are no beach towels and we must use white bath towels. Others, however, had beach towels in their rooms from the very beginning. Towels were issued near the pool, recording the time and room number against signature. The most fun started when we moved out. At first they said that we have to leave the room at 12, the bus will be at 18:15, and the flight from 20:30 is postponed until 21:00. Our daughter usually slept from 14 to 16. Therefore, we had to agree that the room will be extended until 18 (for 500 yuan ~ 2800r). Then, from a random person living in another hotel on the beach, we learned that they had a free room until 16:00 due to a flight delay. We return to the hotel (time 12:10, without an extension, we should have already checked out), I go to the Pegasus guide (Chinese), I tell others that they extended it to others. He goes to reception. Together with one more Chinese, they find out on two phones in 5-7 minutes that it turns out that everyone (including us) extended the numbers until 15:00. Why we learn this information from random people, and not from representatives of the company, they could not explain to us. We decided to leave at 15:00, the daughter was put to bed earlier and raised earlier. At 14:40 I go down to the guide, I ask if there is any new information about the flight. Says no. By this time, the Chinese were already so tired that they didn’t want to give them another 500 yuan for extending the room until 18:00. Moved out. Closer to 18 hours, a new announcement appeared: the flight was postponed until 22:00, and the bus will be at 19:25. As a result, I had to feed and change my daughter in the lobby. A Pegasus spokesperson on the phone said they would notify delays as soon as they receive information from the charter company. The rest happened according to the last announcement. After this trip to China, I do not want to return. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to all Russian tourists and DO NOT recommend Pegasus as a travel agency that will save you money with pleasure. I especially DO NOT recommend this trip to those who want to travel with children.
