First of all, my appeal to everyone who flies to Cuba on vacation, what do you expect? Cuba is the place that has lived for many decades in the format of a scoop and will never come out of it, and this will not happen soon. All resorts and hotels are mostly state-owned, and this alone has a strong impact on maintenance and repair, and the country itself is far from rich. And if you fly here just for the service and look at the designs, then this is at least without thinking and without understanding. Cuba, first of all, is magnificent beaches. The second is round-the-clock dancing, fine rum and delicious seafood food, and good cigars. And the third is an incomparable atmosphere that involuntarily takes you 50 years back in time, and this is also worth considering. There is already someone and what to taste. For the same cost, you can fly to the Dominican Republic, which will be higher in terms of service level and otherwise very different. That's right, a small preface, and now about the hotel itself. Arrival at the hotel, meeting, check-in to the room all without delay and delay. We lived in the far 10th building, far from the reception, all the entertainment and restaurants, but what beauty opened from the room to the ocean, and the delightful silence in the evenings, just a miracle. The room is well-groomed, the furniture is of good quality and wear, with good mattresses and pillows, I am very picky in this regard. Our room had a king size bed, even slightly larger than its standard size, excellent soft linens and very clean towels without stains or any holes. Enough spacious closet, sofa and armchair. The mini-bar was replenished daily, the bed was changed several times, the room has bathrobes and bath products. A couple of times our air conditioner turned off, but after a call they did it to us on the same day, a weak water pressure in the shower, but otherwise everything was fine. And most importantly, these wonderful people who smile at you at all 32 and will follow you on your heels, especially if you do not skimp on tips. Believe me, with their earnings, your couple of CUCs will be a good addition. But even without this, they tried to help us anywhere in the hotel, whoever they could. . The most amazing thing in the hotel is of course the beach, this wonderful sand, blue ocean and gentle sun. But protection from the sun is better to take more powerful, and you can burn out by chance. You can easily find places under umbrellas by the pools, there are many of them, for every taste, with jacuzzi zones, calm and noisy with animation and dancing. Most of the animation is still incendiary dances, and live music in the evenings and in the theater. The food is of good quality, there is seafood and a large selection of meat dishes, and other tasty treats. A la Carte restaurants will help to significantly diversify the menu, and brighten up evenings in a romantic setting. Cocktails are made in any bar without queues, but the best in taste are found in the lobby bar. Who flies to Cuba for the first time, I advise you to definitely go to Havana, it will be very interesting. But in terms of savings, you can just buy a bus ticket for 5 CUC, and go around all of Varadero up and down. The ticket is valid for the whole day, and you can visit all the most interesting places. Cuba is a country of contrasts, not everyone will like it, but those who understand and feel it will not be able to return here.
