This year we decided to rest in Cuba and there was a serious issue with the choice of a hotel. I am writing this review for this very reason, since we ourselves chose for a very long time, we turned to several tour agencies, everything that we were advised was either expensive or the hotels were full of rubbish. My husband and I are reasonable people and always checked what we were advised through reviews on similar sites like this one, we wrote off people and clarified. Couldn't pick up anything! But after a long search, we bought a tour to this hotel and it turned out to be an excellent choice. So we had a room with a sea view. The room is small in size and not super designed but everything you need is there. The furniture is not broken. Electronics is fine. The telly is modern and cable, although we only turned it on a few times and without it it’s full of something to entertain ourselves) Minus the cosmetics in the bathroom are not very good, but I don’t use the hotel one. Cleaning on time and daily. Cleaned normally even a tip can not be given. Replenishment of the mini bar regularly. In general, I never had to remind for anything. The bedding, bathrobes, towels are all high-quality, clean, not torn, and there are no similar defects. Plus, they didn’t even expect an ironing board and an iron that could be ironed and not just for show. But there are no slippers, so you should take it with you so that you don’t buy locally. There is a kettle in the room. In general, a normal room, well, except that they don’t put pasta and one-time brushes in the bathroom, but we also always carry our own. Of course, we were also concerned about the quality of food, so with seafood and meat there will be no problems here, which just wasn’t even expected such an abundance. Shrimps, mussels, crabs. Even small octopuses. Several types of meat. Various salads but unfortunately not from vegetables. For some reason, there were practically no vegetables, but there were a lot of fruits. The squeezed juices were always fresh. I’m generally silent about alcohol, it’s full of alcohol here) This is all that I write only about the main restaurant plus a la carte restaurants, and what’s interesting is that it’s automatically unnecessary to write there, there’s nowhere to run specifically. Service everywhere is equally good in general, the staff works conscientiously. Naturally, we did not go to eat and live, but for the sun and the beach) On the beach there is a big party life of the hotel and volleyball and animation programs. I liked it very much once a week they cooked very cool on the grill. Catamarans, boats. Or you can just roll around like a seal. Animation is not annoying and in moderation. The beach is clean, the sea is clean. There are a lot of sunbeds and new ones, in general everything is ok with the beach. The territory is also well-groomed moderately green in general, nothing special. I recommend this hotel to those who want normal conditions and normal service for little money. But don't expect anything special here.
