It is a pleasure to fly on a KLM transatlantic flight - it is convenient, the food is delicious and often, there is a personal video and even a simple language tutorial, so you won’t be bored. Attention: luggage flies separately; when buying in the duty free of Boryspil, if the special package is broken, leave everything in Amsterdam (in general, it will fly to Havana). On the way back, EVERYTHING that you buy in Havana's duty free (they don't have special packages), leave it back in Amsterdam. So buy all purchases in advance and put in luggage. . It is mandatory to take things at a minimum in hand luggage, as luggage in Havana can be delivered with a delay. However, the delayed luggage is regularly delivered to the hotel at the reception, in this case in the morning (you need to arrange this moment with the representative of the airline and calmly go to the hotel). It is not necessary to wait for luggage at the airport. The hotel is excellent. True open restaurant "Trinidad" was under renovation. The food is tasty and varied (within reason). In autumn, the Atlantic is warm, we managed to swim in calm and light storms. Every day at the beach is unique! Cocktails were all sorts of successful and unsuccessful. It depends on the staff. Little depends on the tip - no matter how long the crooked hands do not straighten, the desire to work does not arise, and vice versa, the pleasant staff will do everything for you in the best even without a tip. In case of poor service, immediately change the point. In the evening, the light went out several times, even cool, in all the hotels on the coast (force majeure). After that, my wing was de-energized and the number was changed. At the same time, the keys to the previous one were not required, so for a day I lived in two rooms at the same time (I was slowly transferring things). You can communicate with the staff in English-Spanish surzhik (very funny), in Russian it’s somehow insipid. The second room was better, you need to take the 4th-5th floor; the second is stuffy; the first one (above the groundfloor) is the lost money. There are no living creatures in the water on the beach, in order to see fat faded fish you need to sail far on a catamaran and feed them, there are no corals either, no sharks. But small and warm. Sit on the shallows and smoke bamboo. I strongly advise you to buy a fresh coconut (1 cookie - 10 UAH) to prevent thirst on the beach and drink juice, not a cocktail. Rest, though short, but excellent.

The hotel is not bad, but 5 does not pull. Territory is great, big, green. The rooms are so-so: the bath is kind of narrow, the bed linen was changed every other day, they were cleaned for show (although they didn’t leave bad tips), they didn’t wipe the dust, they washed the floor where you can see.

Animation on the beach is excellent, we did not miss volleyball, and water aerobics, and music, there is also a bar on the beach where you can drink a cocktail (excellent cocktails). the island of Cayo Largo, I strongly advise you. Then do not take dollars, only euros. We did not regret that we went to Cuba at all, but we will not return to this hotel!
