We rested from December 10 to December 18.2009. I want to say one thing, that in 16 years of travel, I have not seen a worse hotel. By star rating, this is a hotel of no more than 2+, so whoever wants to relax with amenities, forget it right away. Rooms with collapsed furniture, stench from the air conditioner, rusty plumbing, non-working elevators, it’s hard to say about the corridors what they resemble: water is dripping from the ceiling, everything is rusty. The door to the room was opened only by knocking it out with your foot, as it had long been swollen from moisture. The food is very monotonous and poor. It is necessary to run to the dining room first, otherwise there is a chance to find emptiness. When asked where the food is, the staff replies that they ate everything and shrugs their hands saying how we can help you. The only thing they know how to do in this hotel is to bake a variety of cakes, they are wonderful. The territory of the hotel looks better than the rooms, but I can say that everything is much better in neighboring hotels. The beach is good, the ocean is wonderful. The hotel staff has a rude character, they begin to notice you only after you start tipping them 1 cookie. The following conclusions can be drawn: If you really want to visit Cuba, but you are running out of money, then this is your hotel, and you don’t need to worry about yourself later. And it is better to pay a little more money and relax with the amenities and without unnecessary annoying factors. And who else to advise to relax in this hotel, those who want to remember how our country lived under socialism with all its signs and factors, everything is there in full. So think for yourself, decide for yourself what you want to get and for what money.
