Hotel ratings by criteria:
Came back just a few days ago. The hotel clearly does not correspond to category 5, maximum 4, better 3 (there is something to compare with. ) Rooms are miserable, cleaning corresponds to a tip equal to one cookie every day (imagine if the tip didn’t leave, what a horror it would be). Everyone loves tips, if they are not left in a bar or restaurants, then your person will be given a minimum of attention, or even begin to be ignored. The TV in the room only worked for 10 minutes, then turned off. The iron fell apart on the fourth day. Drinks in the bar are terrible, wine and champagne are sour, beer is local Avno, only English is stronger from imported ones. gin, which you yourself know as an amateur. Bed sheets were only made and changed a couple of times. There are a lot of hotel buildings, almost a third, overlooking a fairly busy road, along which even large cars pass from 5 am to 2 am. There are people working in the lobby who, when exchanging money, will definitely cheat, they always counted and demanded justice, if it didn’t work out, then they made a reverse change. The animation is rich, but not a word in Russian, and the surrounding contingent wants to be better. Rest mainly North Americans, French. Their average age is 50-70 years, some kind of nursing home. They really extorted with their stupidity and stereotypes. Meals for 4, monotonous. There are few seats in the lobby bar; during performances, many simply stand on their feet for an hour. The food in the restaurants, by the way, is terrible. The beach is large, but not very clean, not even clean at all. I’m generally silent about pools with a jacuzzi, leaves, paper bags, everything was met. From excursions took only Havana and Cayo Largo. The first completely spoiled the impression of a country in which there is widespread poverty, in old Havana the streets smell like a train station toilet, they dined in a restaurant with no idea what. All slow ones, except for the drug dealers, who offered coco and mariwan on almost every corner. I stuck on the streets a lot, if only someone would give money to everyone. The island was a little more fun, but for the money that it offers. . . The plane broke down while taking off from the island, thanks for the second birthday. In general, excursions are not cheap. One thing is clear - in this country, no one needs anything, they live, as if, one day. The conclusion is unequivocal - for such money you can have a great rest, but in another country. Will we ever return to Cuba - rather no than yes. Grade 3. Not a word invented, everything is true! I wanted to write even more frankly, I boiled over. I think the review will help people when choosing a place to stay. Thank you for your attention!
