I was in Cuba for the sixth time, so there is something to compare with. Firstly, our suitcase did not arrive on ours, so it was sent later. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the reception was informed about the situation, but everything, apparently, went unnoticed. The suitcase was brought on the 8th day, that is, most of the rest has already passed. As we were told in the representative office, he was brought to the hotel the next day, but they could not get through to the room (which is obvious, because the phone did not work in the room) and the staff refused to accept him. The room was not bad, however, despite the fact that the hotel is only 2 years old, it is no different from the oldest hotels in Varadero. The bed linen is terrible, in no other hotel was this. But this is not the worst. Beach towels can not be changed (which need to be changed once a day, at least) AND THIS IS IN A FIVE-STAR HOTEL!! ! For 2 weeks we have achieved nothing at the exchange point. The maids don’t even exchange cookies, they are completely spoiled. Where have you seen it, in a five-star hotel, wash your own towels!! ! The beach, of course, is gorgeous, but again, it is not cleaned, it is not monitored. The beach itself is small, it is impossible to take places after 9, everything is packed like cockroaches, they almost sit on each other. There is also a volleyball net, where someone always plays, a bunch of balls (volleyball, rugby), which constantly fly into someone; despite the fact that she was lying under the most extreme umbrella, she walked all in bruises. The beds are uncomfortable. The food is just awful. Cuban food is not very diverse, but this is already too much. I had to eat only fruit, nothing else to eat is impossible. Juices are tasteless, they interfere with water, instant coffee. It is better not to take cocktails with ice, because then you drink only melted water, no taste. You need to choose a bartender, because no matter how many bartenders we have made cocktails, we found only one who makes them not tasteless. The territory is unkempt, there is rubbish everywhere, some incomprehensible puddles will dry out faster than someone will wipe them. So do not repeat our mistakes, do not come to this hotel.
