Employees mostly want to offer good service. Customer service is very good, professional and most importantly they want to do great things. The buffet is good, the bar is good, the coffee is good, the beach is great. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent. The hotel is excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. Internet cafe is good but very hot. We found very nice staff in this cafe.
The specialty restaurants are great, I just think the Creole menu needs to change because there are no delicious Creole flavors, we didn't really like the menu but it's good.
Elevators don't work all, there were days that only worked 1 out of 4. This hotel is without a doubt one of the top 3 where you can stay with kids in Varadero.
We describe everything as excellent because we want the hotel to be better and better and this is a good option for us.
