Отель хорош но требуется ремонт Hotel is good but needs refurbishment

The hotel is large, very chic, I was very reminded of the hotel from the movie home alone. But unfortunately it needs repair, the rooms are kept in good condition, but the common areas are not very new, the paths in the corridors are so dead that at times even the floor is visible (The agency warned about this, but I wanted the first line and all inclusive). The food is beyond praise, breakfasts, lunches and dinners are so varied that you don’t even know what else to wish for. The waiters also run and fuss around the guests. Very nice indoor pool (almost no one was in it). But we practically didn’t go to Nisi Beach - it’s shallow and a lot of people. We took a car from the hotel (4t. r. a day with full insurance) and drove to Makronisos (very close 2-3 minutes drive). I want to praise the hotel for checking us in at 8 in the morning, and in the morning before departure they fed us before the restaurant opens.
