Basically I liked the hotel! Excellent cuisine, friendly staff, cozy and comfortable rooms as well as bathrooms. The sea (although it no longer depends on the hotel), was clean, warm, calm. The beach is white sand, just a dream! One of the main problems is the irresponsible guide Lydia. Twice (and that's just us! ) she mixed up our days and hours of excursions. First: when signing up for the Grand Lux ​ ​ Tour, she chatted with representatives of Domodedovo, and confused our day. From Friday, she moved it to Thursday for us (although we had already booked another one on Wednesday, and it was not convenient for us for two days in a row). Thank God, it was possible to sign up for Monday, but even here a catch awaited us. The tour has been rescheduled for Monday at 15:40. We are standing near the entrance to the hotel (two more approached us), waiting. 10 minutes, 15.25 - no bus. Another flight arrives and reports that ours will arrive only in half an hour. That is at 16:30! She fooled us for an hour! In forty-degree heat, this is simply unbearable! We turned to her with this question, saying that this is simply not the case, and it is simply impossible to treat your work so dismissively. She did not apologize, she simply said: "Yes... Oh, and I thought that you would beat me! In fact, they gave me so much time, I also wrote it down for you! " Well, then why did another family (after 15 minutes another four people came to the "meeting place") wrote at 16:30? If they really gave her such time, then she would “fool” everyone, right? There was still little animation, well, in principle, all the entertainment is in the center, but it’s far from the center (especially if you stuff 2 plates of dinner into yourself! ).
