I rested at the hotel from August 28 to September 7.2010. I can tell you both about the minuses and the pluses. I'll start with the bad:
1 On the very first day, we were settled not in our room, but on the minus first floor in a 4-bed room with two unfamiliar women who got into the same situation, supposedly there were no free rooms in the hotel and it would be possible to move to our room only the next day . I had to endure. 2 days lived on suitcases
2 Claim rather tour operator Biblio Globus Lydia. Not only did she not help us win back our rightful number, but she rudely advised us not to argue and agree to what we have (minus the first floor, mold in the bath, strangers in the room). She mixed up the transfer time as a result, we stood for an hour in the heat with our suitcases. It was impossible to get through to Lydia, she does not pick up the phone and this is a standard situation. So Lydia is not a guide, but a bastard at the Bella Napa Hotel

3 Housekeeping. They stubbornly didn’t change our towels, and when they didn’t leave a tip, they took toilet paper from us and scattered our things
Pros Now
1 Food. Very tasty with a wide variety of fruits. They even give ice cream. For dinner themed evenings. I especially remember the evening of Greek cuisine with national sweets.
2 Entertainment. We had fun, musicians came to play and sing live. Even Russian songs met. We danced, we were not embarrassed by the absence of other dancers, on the contrary, looking at us, people came out to join the fun. Maybe we got lucky with the check-in, but we had a really great time
3 Location next to a great beach. We walked around the entire coast, went to Nisi Beach (there are waters knee-deep there that everyone is delighted with, I can’t imagine) and realized that our beach is the best!!!
And so a few tips to visit the water park, go on a boat trip and be in a good mood. Cyprus is a wonderful place to stay!
