Traveled with my husband and 10 year old child. The choice of this hotel was not accidental. As for us, Callisto fit perfectly. There were a couple of moments, but not very significant. The hotel is convenient in location. Nearby there are many shops and fruit shops, close to the sea. I love cooking and pampering my family. If on vacation it turns out to cook something from local products, then this is an additional bonus to our trip. In this regard, the room was ideally arranged. A large refrigerator with a freezer, a convenient stove built into the work surface, a toaster, a microwave oven, a mixer, an electric kettle, a coffee maker. Various kitchen utensils: pots, pans, knives, spoons, forks, plank, glasses and glasses. When I realized that there is everything, in order to "create", we turned to the reception, and they told us where to buy the freshest products. So we got to the Sunday market near the church of St. Lazarus in Larnaca and then to the fish market, which is located right in the small port. Fish prices from 8 to 11 euros per kg. We walked a little more along the embankment, picked wild oranges (I marinated fish in them, they are sour for food) and near the church, and returned to our hotel. Lunch turned out delicious! Cyprus, a wonderful place to relax. Our room was close to everything, although it was considered almost at the end of the hotel complex itself. There is a restaurant in five minutes, practically near the beach (by the way, it is a municipal one, and sunbeds with umbrellas cost 7 euros), but everything is free on the grass near the hotel. The sea is gorgeous, but the bottom is rocky in some places, so I advise you to bring swimming shoes with you. The food in the restaurant suited everyone. Very hearty breakfasts and wonderful rich dinners. Various meats and delicate fish, cheeses and vegetables, sauces and salads, and naturally good quality fruits in a variety. In general, for both the child and the adult, the choice of dishes was worthy. For children in the evenings there is a mini disco, a shallow pool for very little ones, and a good adult large pool. There is also a separate pool with a volleyball net. A large clean green area and very friendly staff only contributed to a good mood. We had a great rest, and if we are in Cyprus, then we will stop in Callisto.
