Upon arrival we were seated quickly! The lobby looks presentable!
The room needs renovation. In the closet, the shelves intended for clothes were clogged with boards. I had to "get out" according to the situation and look for hangers and place clothes wherever possible! The problem was solved the next day.
Air conditioning broke 4 days before departure. In this case, the problem was also solved the next day!
Once in the bathroom I met a cockroach!
On the penultimate day, problems with the light in the bathroom began. The issue was resolved fairly quickly!
In general, the staff tried to go to the meeting as quickly as possible. Sometimes there was a language "barrier", but in this case, the staff tried to help as much as possible!
The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to Nissi Beach (excellent). Bus stop nearby. You can get to the center and to the nearest settlements!
And the main downside! NUTRITION!!!

Stayed for 10 days from 16.09. 21 to 26.09. 21. The whole period for breakfast was the same. None of the dishes have ever changed.
Of the fish, there were only two kinds of something incomprehensible. Only the sauces have changed. We are still by the sea. Ashamed.
Mostly meat, and not the most delicious. Many dishes have no taste at all!!!
And the most interesting, seafood salad!! ! These are lettuce, tomato and CRAB sticks (seafood). Photo below. A disgrace, and salads in general are a different story. Three bowls of the same ingredients with the addition of cheese somewhere, nuts somewhere, etc.
Desserts are solid mousses and jelly.
There is no variety of fruits. Watermelon and melon have no taste.
Oh, and drinks! Tea and coffee, both in the room and in the dining room, are HORRIBLE. Cheap Dilmah tea bags. And coffee in general is something unknown. The only thing was that there was a coffee machine at breakfast, and you could drink a cappuccino. It was taken away for lunch and dinner.
Drinks were taken out by order. Water and coffee could be expected until dinner was over. There is a critical shortage of staff in the kitchen.
Snacks between meals, my husband and I ignored. It's dangerous for the stomach.
Well, the biggest issue is water.
For two people, a liter bottle was issued per day. And that is only for those who are on the "All Inclusive". The rest must wait for the rain, well, or go to the store.
