We went to this Hotel from the tour operator TGP (all agencies) have their tours now. We chose a 3 star hotel, in the end we got 0 stars. Arriving late at night, we were taken from the main building (which is in all the pictures, next to the pool) to another coraus (it’s even hard to call it a building) this is the second floor of the NIGHT CLUB on the street where each building is a disco until the morning (institutions compete with who is louder music).

The girl from the reception did not immediately find the right building, the second time and with the help of a colleague.
But another surprise awaited us, in room 404 there was neither electricity nor water. While the administrator ran away to find out what was the reason, we realized that it was impossible to live in this room, the floor was shaking from the music, and even with the door closed, it felt like you were on the dance floor.
The administrator returned, said that there was no mechanic, took us to another room, in the same building - it was even worse, there was water on the floor in the room and it stank terribly, plus everything - it was the first floor, the door went to the party street, basses of music rumbled at the door. To all our comments, the administrator shrugged her shoulders and said that there was no cleaning lady at the moment, and yes, she agreed with all our dissatisfaction.
The issue was not resolved, the time was already 3 am. Thank you for ruining my birthday!!!
Long negotiations did not lead to anything, the travel agency argued that we should be settled in the main one, the employees said something about two hotel names (two different buildings).
We ended up going to a room without light or hot water and with a dance floor in the bedroom until 4am.
In the morning another administrator came out, offering another room in ANOTHER building, not in the main building and also not near the pool. Those rooms were sadder, and the renovations are old.
We were never relocated to the main building, at lunchtime they sent us an electrician who did nothing really, it was impossible to turn on the light in the kitchen, the plugs were knocked out. They sat there in the dark.
The air conditioner did not work - he set it up for 20 minutes, as a result, the air conditioner lived its own life.
Housekeeping was at 8am, are you kidding me? If they said that they would clean up a little later, they did not come at all.
The Internet did not catch very well, and not in the whole room.
The room itself is good, the mattress is comfortable, there is a kitchen (even an oven).
But I will not recommend this hotel. Choose something else.

The booking employee could not get through to the hotel, we ourselves also did not get through, since no one picked up the phone at the hotel throughout the day. Eventually. The hotel wrote me a letter that they did not take money from me. But I have confirmation that the amount was charged by this hotel. I requested an extract and I had all the confirmations. I finally got through to the hotel, the girl who talked to me was extremely rude, allowed herself to raise her voice, talked to me arrogantly. Naturally, it was out of the question that they would apologize, because despite the fact that I suffered, the hotel administrator was also rude. I spent a lot of time clarifying the situation, my work suffered from this, I had to cancel some business meetings, and I canceled all my personal affairs, it took me a long time to call booking, it's not easy, I called this terrible hotel. I'm not talking about my nerves, which I spent, due to the fact that in our country it is very difficult to prove one's case and one has to defend one's rights to the detriment of oneself and nobody even apologized. God took away from this hotel! I'm looking for a new hotel as I'm definitely not going there. I ruined my nerves, spent a lot of time, and I also have no desire to spoil my future vacation. When we checked in, it turned out that we would live in a nearby hotel.
