Before the rest, we read the reviews and were horrified - there was no way back, the hotel could no longer be changed. I had to go. All our fears were not justified!! ! We went with a friend. There are not many young people in the hotel. Young people prefer 3-4 *. But it didn't bother us. Because there are a lot of young people in the evenings in the bars and clubs of Ayia Napa. We rested in July, this is the hottest month in Cyprus, in the shade it was constantly about +30 degrees. It is well tolerated near the sea. A lot of Russians. Such a feeling that the feeling that you are resting not in Cyprus, but somewhere in Turkey. The hotel is excellent, all the furniture in the rooms and the corridors are in white. Very beautiful rooms. The only thing - the bathroom is not very impressive - small and grayish. We had a room with a side view of the sea - that's it: they didn't overplay for the frontal view and the sea was all in full view due to the good location of the hotel. The room was cleaned regularly, clean, the only thing is that they don't really like to put things in order. For some unknown reason, my friend and I got a room for the newlyweds - and indeed, every day they put chocolates and fruits on arrival. The safe in the room is not coded, but locked with a key. This is very inconvenient, because I had to carry this key with me everywhere. The sockets are not like ours, the adapter can be taken for a deposit of 2 euros at the reception. There are several Russian administrators at the reception, and there are also Russian girls in the restaurant, which is nice to agree. Every other day, the hotel hosts evenings with dinner by the pool. There, if this is a Cypriot night, they hold a small show with dancing, if it's just a party, then live music and live singing are played. There is one catch. If you have half board (HB), then dinner costs 7 euros. But there will be a FISH party, so for some reason there are prices on the menu, depending on what you order. Our dinner cost us 30 euros!! ! All bills in bars and restaurants can be paid in cash, or can be written to your account and paid upon departure. The food at the hotel is delicious, especially in the beach bar, very tasty fresh orange and ice cream. As for the cafes of Ayia Napa, I recommend an Indian restaurant (it is located almost on the central square, a little higher down the street) and Italian pizza restaurants. Average check with wine - 25 euros per person. The beach is great!! ! The sand is white, the sea is clean, transparent, just PARADISE!! ! The only thing after lunch is that the sea is warmer, but also dirtier from passing boats with young people on vacation. The sea is calm, in the afternoon small waves. Sunbeds only in OUR hotel are free, you can book a sunbed for yourself upon arrival and every day until 10.30 he will be waiting for you! Beach towels are also free. By the way, one interesting fact! We rested in Cyprus through Zeus Travel, and so Grecian Bay has an agreement with them and they give dinner as a gift to those who only have breakfast (BB), that is, you become HB. So do not overpay!! ! Parties in Ayia Napa are famous for a reason. It's really something unreal. From the hotel to the center of all parties 10 minutes on foot. On the way there will be a Russian bar "Teremok", where the entire Russian population of Cyprus and tourists with karaoke and Russian food rest. In the center there are clubs and bars as they say according to interests. If you want to make Russian friends, go to the RED SQUARE bar, and then to the Hermitage club. The most popular and biggest club is The Castle. We counted 4 dance floors there, a lot of people. Music - what do you like from disco to house. There are mostly Germans, British and Cypriots. Bars are open until 2, then it must be quiet on the street - this is by law, and everyone moves to closed clubs. Entrance to the club - 10 euros. Cocktails 2-5 euros, tequila - 4 euros. Excursions we took only 2. We decided to prefer to lie in the sun. By the way, Cypriot tan has a very beautiful shade!! ! The sightseeing tour, in my opinion, was called Chic Cyprus. Nothing interesting. They took him around the villages, fed him a Cypriot dinner, brought him to Savva Morozov's shop. He makes silverware and lace. There all times in 5! more expensive than in a shop in the center of Ayia Napa. Don't buy anything there! Then they were taken to an olive farm. There are excellent body products from olive oil and the oil itself. These are great things: soaps, creams, oils! The oil itself is very tasty, take it, you won't regret it, get better!! ! There they will also offer you pod syrup, supposedly also miraculous, they will tell you there, but here I have it, no one drinks it. . . But by the way, it’s also possible to buy all this a little cheaper in local shops and pharmacies! Well, that’s all, if you’re interested in anything else - write, I’ll be happy to answer!
