We were in Marina hotel 3 * in late August - early September 2010.
The main thing is to determine your priorities before the trip: what are you going for, how much money are you willing to pay for a hotel, what is important for you on vacation.
In order:
Hotel / staff: the hotel is quite consistent with its 3 * star rating. The hotel is not new, but clean and comfortable. You feel comfortable. The staff does not speak Russian (for those who do not speak English). I have no problems with the language, so they responded adequately to any request and are always ready to help. The usual step to the nearest beach is 10 minutes. To the center 20 minutes.
Territory: there is a swimming pool. The territory is small, but very green and cozy. Surrounded by trees and flowers. Despite the fact that the hotel is located on the road, the cars are not heard or seen at all. There is a swimming pool where quite a lot of tourists spend their time, regardless of the fact that they come to relax on the sea.

Room: large, contrasting and cozy. Despite the fact that the hotel is 3 * in the room there is a kettle with appliances, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, a TV, a balcony. Cleaning every day. The furniture is not new, but again, this is not 5 *. The main thing on vacation is not to look for little things and not to dig whether the furniture or plumbing is old. Remember what you are after.
Meals: Breakfast is the same every morning. I'm not picky at all, but the assortment was not pleasing. Skudnenko... Fruit for breakfast is not given at all. Omelet, scrambled eggs, sausages, cheese, sausage/ham, bread, something like a salad, milk with cereal. There are practically no vegetables. Alternate every day tomatoes / cucumbers. The same thing happens at dinner. Dinner at 3 days was a pleasure. Meat is delicious in any form. Potatoes, pasta, pasta. Melon day, watermelon day, green pear day. There is practically no dessert: ice cream once every three days, jelly and something similar to a cake. They try to serve something different every dinner, but those who are used to ALL INCLUSIVE in Turkey, Egypt will obviously not be delighted with the amount of food cooked.
I think that the hotel is suitable for young people who are not picky about food and the distance to the beach and the city center. Suitable for those for whom, first of all, it is not the service at the hotel and not the chic and varied food that is important, but parties, relaxation and the sea.
