The hotel is located in the center of Ayia Napa. The nearest beach is about 5-7 minutes walk. We stayed out of season, so it was quiet and peaceful. I really liked the room, everything is new, there is absolutely everything you need (we lived in a room with a kitchenette), stable, good wi-fi internet in the room. Meals were taken for breakfast and dinner, everyone was satisfied.
