My wife and I were supposed to go to Anesis, but there were no places there, and we were temporarily placed in Oceanis. So the hotel is good, but the attitude sucks! The food is satisfactory, probably as it should be in a hotel of this level. The staff is terrible and irresponsible, they did not warn that we should move to Anesis on this day. At 12 it was necessary to pack up and move out - they didn’t say anything, we left to ride on a ship, returned in the evening - they tore off a fine of 20 euros from us - cursed with them in English for almost an hour. things sucked left in some bags of their own. The manager is a coward, he hides, they don't even let him call. Yes, not only to call - the number is encrypted, and they themselves do not call. I told them in English (fortunately, I have experience working with American builders and have enough obscene language) everything that I think about them and their manager. Dick with them with 20 euros, it’s unpleasant that it’s not our fault, but they sucked like a beast. The day before, they transmitted information that the meeting with our representative was in 2 days, but they did not say about the resettlement. Irresponsibility in general! Thank you that everything is in place - I can’t blame it. In general, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone - it sucks!! !
