Staff Bulgarian cleaners are rude, they do not let you sleep in the room from 8 in the morning. No soundproofing in the room. It's impossible to sleep!! ! After my many days of requests and until I showed the hotel management my ID as a journalist of one of the Moscow publications and threatened to write an article about their hotel in Moscow with attached photos of the room near the garbage dump, I was reluctantly moved to another room next to the pool. A taxi ride in the city for 3 km costs 10 euros, a ride on an old collapsing bus costs 1.5 euros for a couple of stops. Rest in the Aquapark costs 32 euros, all the attractions are old ones built in 1996. The structures are rusty and not safe to ride on them. Eating in the park is a minimum of 15 euros plus 5 euros for a storage locker. Upon departure on July 7 at 7 am, none of the staff woke me up. In conclusion, I can say that after a holiday in Turkey or Thailand, you should not go to this hotel in Ayanapa. . . Everything is very unreasonably expensive and very boring. !! !
