The hotel fully complies with European 3 stars. There are 3 buildings. We lived in the 3rd, it is the newest. The room is not big, without any frills, but everything is new and beautiful. We took a sea view - it's worth it! We did not understand the system for changing linen and towels, because sometimes changed every day, sometimes every other day, sometimes every 2 days. They cleaned the room well.
We had half board. The food for a 3 star is excellent. Breakfast, as elsewhere, is monotonous: scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, ham, cheese, beans, corn, cucumbers, tomatoes, croutons, toast, butter, jam, breakfast cereals, milk, tea, coffee, powdered juices. And the dinners were just great. Each time different and very tasty. Always 2 types of hot dishes, 3 types of side dishes, soup, vegetables and salads, 1 type of fruit, 1 type of cake, jelly, ice cream. For hot meat they gave (always cooked in different ways), chicken, beef, barbecue, squid, fish, octopuses (the octopuses were very tasty). Drinks at dinner for an extra charge. All dishes were constantly reported, so there was no such thing that if you come later, then something might not get.
At the reception you can take a TV remote control for a deposit of 10 euros, for a fee of 2 euros + a deposit of 2 euros an adapter (in Cyprus the voltage is not 220V, but 240V), for a fee, a safe, a hairdryer, a kettle and a city map for free.

To a good beach (Limanaki beach) walk about 15 minutes along the sea or around the city. The beach is great, clean. Sand without any impurities. The sea is also just beautiful, clean, clean, the bottom is completely sandy. Algae begin already somewhere at a depth. The beach is municipal, a fee of 2.5 euros for an umbrella and a sun lounger. Between the lounge area and the sea there is a free strip (2-4 m), where you can sit with your towel and umbrella.
Nissi Beach can be reached by bus number 102 (stops next to the hotel). On foot, as we were told, to go about 40 minutes. We went there 1 time. The beach is not impressive. Some pale green small round algae float in the water, very shallow (you get tired of walking to the depth), in the evening it is quite dirty there (bottles, glasses, etc. are lying around). But there are many bars, the beach is ideal for parties.
The hotel is located very close to the city center, next to the lunopark. The city is awesome! At night there is life! A chic street of bars and discos - you won't be bored!
There is a UNIVERS store not far from the hotel. It's cheaper than the rest. In it you can buy an adapter for 0.75 or 1.54 euros (which is even cheaper than taking it at the reception). Water and other drinks can be bought in blocks there. Water in this store is the cheapest.
We were very satisfied with our vacation!
