Hello. I do not like to criticize, but I will still express my opinion. We were in this hotel with a small group. Half of us liked the hotel. But I don't at all. Firstly, upon check-in, problems immediately arose - there was no room, although we booked a month in advance. We were put up for a day in a nearby hotel. much worse than ours. And the beach and breakfasts are in So Nice Boutique Suites. for this truth we were offered 5 lunches or dinners each. But I had to be nervous. Then, nevertheless, they settled in our hotel, but we were delighted early, the lock on the door did not work. The air conditioner leaked a day later. The cleaning lady had to be called twice. For some reason, she didn’t consider it necessary to come after the repairmen, and for the second time she cleaned it just like the first time, no way. Well, the most unpleasant thing for me is cockroaches. Everywhere. Lot. different. Do not think that I am negative ...but all this is not pleasant
