The hotel is located on the highest street of Ayia Napa, only the church and the school are above it. The shape of the building is a well, with all the ensuing consequences - echoes, screams, splashing of a puddle (which is positioned as a pool), the rumble of ATVs (which are rented on the basement floor), all this is greatly enhanced by the shape of the courtyard, the fact that our room overlooked the outside , does not save in any way, because the thin front door and the window to the bathroom still look out into the well. The hotel was full of drunk young people, most of them British, although they also shouted in German.
The motto of the hotel: "Do what you want, when you want" - you can make drunken screams all night long, you can slam doors and run along the corridor, you can turn up the music at full speed and dance on the balcony. No remarks, no warnings.
Separately, the room itself - the rooms are almost all the same, when we asked for a surcharge to transfer to another, the administrator told us that it would be better, it wouldn’t be anyway. According to the pictures, the room matches, but the pictures do not convey the dirt in the room, but it is everywhere. Sticky plates and dirty cups, a disgusting smoky pot, appliances that have never seen dishwashing liquid, the table in the room is sticky, the table on the balcony was just painted over plastic and flakes of paint are pouring from it. Bed linen and towels in yellow spots, if the wife had not taken bed linen and towels from home with her, she would have to sleep dressed and dry herself with T-shirts. And we are not very squeamish, and went on hikes, and stayed in hostels. There is no such sracha in any even Egyptian hotel.

Separately, about the amenities in the room - the tank was dripping on the floor, the gas burner poisons terribly and of the two there was only one working, the refrigerator more or less works, the TV and air conditioning work. The next day a technician came, fixed the tank and connected a second burner, but the gas smelled even worse, so we didn't cook at all. There is no dryer for towels, we bought rope and clothespins in the store and pulled them on the balcony.
It takes exactly 25 minutes to walk to the nearest equipped beach, but 5 minutes to the street of bars.
The hotel is purely for young people who came to Cyprus to get drunk and pass out in the room, in a state where no sounds matter, when the cleanliness of the bed and towels is all the same, when you can turn on the music on the balcony and arrange a disco right in the room.
Strongly not recommended for a family holiday or just for a holiday with the goal not to get fat
Put 2 points only for the working air conditioner and refrigerator.
