The feeling of an uninvited guest haunted us all the time, and when we tried to find out the causes of a number of inconveniences (broken air conditioning, disgusting room cleaning, etc. ), we were declared an unspoken war. In the rooms during the resettlement (No. 222), even the condoms were not removed, they did not respond to the request to remove them, therefore everything was done on the basis of the “self-sama” principle. I washed the plumbing myself, the hotel was not cleaned qualitatively for many years. For 2 weeks of my stay linen and towels were changed 2 times! ! Towels can not be taken out to the pool or the sea - a fine! In the room, the air conditioner was quietly reconfigured to a warmer mode - and this is in the hottest period in Cyprus! They do not hesitate to enter the room without knocking or at the wrong time. Russians are VERY disliked here, despite the fact that only "our brother" is "exiled" to this hotel. Nutrition is a topic of a separate Labor! Nothing and nothing is the motto of the local chef. Old food and missing fruit is the hotel manager's motto. She (Nancy) said so: go to Africa for fruit! In general, raw scrambled eggs and tasteless sausage, coffee without boiling water, missing cutlery - for breakfast and naval pasta with salad - for dinner, impressed with their ingenuity and approach to provision. In short, no choice, no variety. At the same time, in the back room there could be pineapples and mangoes in boxes. I think that the hotel staff "eats" at our expense. But most importantly, if you didn’t have time to take out food, then blame yourself. I didn’t manage to understand the system of filling trays with food and appliances in 2 weeks, because. she is not. The kitchen, the bar, and sometimes the reception could be operated by one person, so all these public places can have a long wait for "attention". Since it is impossible to eat at the hotel, I had to request a refrigerator - 3 euros per day !! ! I know it's extremely expensive! Even the guide (NATALIE TOURS) could not do anything: the manager Nancy blatantly lied, and the kitchen worker Katerina generally screamed like in a market. Who does the tourist feel like? The guide said: "No comment. " It is clear that the place is dead and unmanageable, located in the middle of nowhere near Larnaca, twenty minutes walk from the tourist zone and a supermarket, 5 minutes. from the sea, but through a dirty wasteland and a dangerous T-junction with active auto traffic without a traffic light. Why do people waiting for 3* service end up here and the tour operator concludes an agreement with the hotel? ! How did the Sveltos hotel get 3*? !
